   Our waitress, Camellia, ruined our dining experience! We requested for cheese bread which she did not serve, and when I reminded her about the cheese bread, she told us we had to pay for the cheese bread. It also took her a long time to refill my soda. We are thankful the other staff Paul was really helpful.

   If you don't eat meat the remaining food experience is Good but nothing spectacular. The exceptions are of course amazing: Cheese Bread, Plaintains. The fish has too much butter. I have yet to try the seafood tower. The people are super friendly and the service is great.

   The salad bar had a variety of food, which was great, and the service was friendly. The quality of the food was also good. Since the restaurant was busy, it was nice to feel the festive year-end atmosphere.

    We came here for Thanksgiving dinner and everything was wonderful. From the valet attendants, the check-in staff, and all the servers and wait staff were fabulous. Everyone was so friendly and helpful even though they were running ragged trying to serve everyone. The food was excellent and plentiful. It really made for a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.

   All the meat is seasoned exactly the same so no matter the cut, it had the same taste. The salad bar is nice, not the best but nice. Impressive cheese wheel but things like olives, marinated garlic cloves, beet salad, cucumber salad, Cesar salad, sliced tomatoes (the cheapest kind - Plum tomatoes not beefsteak or heirloom), some lox, star fruit, dragon fruit and pineapple slices makes up the most of it, not all. But as I said, not great. There was chicken salad, so there’s protein if you don’t want the carving experience. The cheese rolls, were cold. Mashed potato’s ok, greasy polenta sticks and instead of plantains, they cooked bananas! For Thanksgiving, they had turkey at the salad bar, but not enough and not replaced. The cuts of meat were fatty. As a collection of fat accumulated on my plate I had to catch the eye, (finally), of someone, so I could get a clean plate. There were servers milling around, but no one to help. Too busy getting the food to carve, but they truly need additional people for attending to guests for clean plates, water, beverages, napkins, bread and other typical needs when dining out. Definitely way too much fat on majority or cuts, not cleaned off before cooking. Maybe some like a mouth full of fat, but I sure don’t. My husband ordered a soda, (1 cup equivalent). They gave him an 8 ounce bottle (small) of Coke. It was $5.00. He was told there are no refills. Parking is $15.00 This used to be an impressive place. Delicious food. No longer. Now my experience leaves me feeling that’s is a novelty, with over-salted and unimpressive food with little attention given to flavor or customer satisfaction or quality. A disappointment.

   staff were attentive to select parties & ignored my party. they left the menus at my table & never took my drink order, meanwhile the party next to mine got their drinks & checked on despite them arriving at least 10 minutes after mine. it was quite awhile before i could get anyone's attention. very poor experience, especially for a holiday.

   If you want incredible steak and meats cooked to perfection, come to Fogo de Chão. If you want delicious (and strong) drinks, come to Fogo de Chão. If you want to feel part of a family, come to Fogo de Chão. If you want top tier service, ample smiles and laughs, with a warm welcome and goodbye, come to Fogo de Chão! Fabi, Guilherme, Edson, Eric, and Tiffany made Thanksgiving so special for my mom and I. The ambiance is what you would expect from a mom and pop restaurant, with the highest quality. We have been to this location several times, especially on special occasions, and we will always continue to come back. The staff here work hard to make you feel at home, and to take care of you like their own families. This is why this is our favorite location, and I had to write a review today, because I’m so very thankful to have a Fogo de Chão to come to on Thanksgiving where everywhere else is closed.
