   This was a nice meal for a birthday celebration. I’ve gone there before for occasions and sometimes just because. Would definitely go back. I generally do not order the big meat meal. That’s mostly not because it’s not good but because it’s just too much food. I find ordering one of the fish entrées to be just as good and still more than I can eat given, the salad bar is really excellent.

   Marina and her team are outstanding as always. It’s such a great time every time. The meats were delicious, desserts were incredible (don’t miss them), the service superb - this location is the best

   Wir haben bei einem Kellner bestellt, als dann unsere Bestellung nach einer Weile nicht kam, fragten wir nach und es kam eine andere Bedienung, bei der wir alles neu ordern mussten. Es hiess es wäre stressig.. (das Restaurant war fast leer) …egal wie und wo, es gab keinen Grund uns als Kunden mit Kids so zu behandeln.. Wir wollten kein großes Ding daraus machen, aber trotzdem war sein Verhalten für uns ein Tiefpunkt für den Rest des Abends, so dass wir dort eigentlich gar nicht mehr essen wollten und sich entsprechend unsere Getränkeauswahl daran orientiert hat, da wir das essen bereits geordert hatten… Der vorherige Kellner ignorierte uns den Rest des Abends.. no Go, nicht in Beverly Hills und irgendwo anders auf der Welt, nicht mit uns und irgend einem Menschen… Auf eine Entschuldigung warten wir heute noch.. Aus diesem Grund Ciao Fogo de Chao.. PS. Der Chef hat das alles mitbekommen und nicht unternommen…

   We have eaten at FDC often and normally enjoy our experience. This time not so much. The rotation of meats was marginal at best and very sporadic. There were tables around us that was waiting much longer for food than we were. Service was available, as our server who greeted us actually left during the shift and turned over to someone else. We will be back, but this visit was disappointing and far below standards.

   The food was good, desert was amazing, The service was outstanding Now the drinks where the worst, I had to give mine back but everything was perfect

   I had a great time on Nee Years. Food was good as always. My only complaint is the service was quite lacking. My waiter disappeared half way through the meal and never returned to check on us. When it was time for our check we had to flag down another waiter. Very disappointing

   The service is very very bad. We sat for two and a half hours and not all the items arrived! It's as if they don't want you to try the food, the food tasted not good.. The restaurant manager was very very rude when we objected and said you can't (come again)! It was amazing, the best thing we tried was the salad, of course it's not worth the money paid

    The steaks are not all well seasoned. They definitely cut us off, we are not big eaters and I was definitely disappointed my entire party was completely ignored after only being served meats a few times.
