Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun) est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager les méthodes de préparation de la viande des gauchos à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. Poor service. Servers were nowhere to be found to either order, get additional items, or pay our bill. Service aside, the food was fantastic as always.

We were sat in the corner no big deal but we were not able to get the full experience several meats never made it our way. We order a beverage and waited for about a half hour for it asked for the check and then the beverage was delivered with the check. At that point I just paid 7 dollars for a drink that wasn’t drunk.

I guess it was too busy, Service was slow to a point I had to ask for some service!!

Not worth the hype. I don’t mind paying for a good meal but I was not impressed all of the meats I tried were tuff, wine was crazy over priced even with it 1/2 off supposedly I still found same one online for Pennie’s compared to what I was charged. I don’t complain I pay my bill and remember staff was great attentive, pleasant. Left nice tip, others might not agree with my opinion.

My wife and I went on a date night. This was our first time at this location. We have eaten at other locations before and had a lot better experiences. The food was not seasoned well. The waitress was not present at the beginning and was very sparse throughout dinner. She never took a drink order. Very disappointed.

Requested for beef rib 3 to 4 times. After 30 mins finally they brought the beef Rib on the small plate with few pieces. Worst part is meat was burnt so bad that I couldn't even eat that. Service was decent. Food was horrible. Men and women bathrooms are so dirty. I couldn't believe quality of restaurant went down so bad. Only good thing is restaurant was quiet so we can talk to each other not like Rosemont location. I dont think I'm going back there anytime soon. Hope they bring their quality back soon.

The server almost dropped the plates on my dad’s lap and nearly stabbed my daughter with a knife. Which was her birthday horrible service Enjoyed the food; however would be going to the oak brook location from now on .
