   Horrible place. Loud, noisy, unorganised. We left the restaurant, opted to not wait. Had a reservation which apparently meant nothing as several dozen people were/appeared to be on our same boat at the same time. It just didn’t feel ok to wait to be seated (with a reservation) for an unknown amount of time — as per the reception staff — along with a crowd of people we were huddled with. The worst experience ever. The one star is too much.

   I had been to this restaurant location about 5-6 years ago and at the time it was a truly fine dining restaurant. White linen tables and a quiet atmosphere. We had a reservation for NYE and it was super crowded. When our buzzer went off the hostess SNATCHED the buzzer off my hand, she was walking so fast to get us to our table that we had to speed walk to catch up with her. The restaurant had placed extra tables throughout the restaurant to accommodate a larger crowd for NYE. Tables were so tight in between that it was hard to walk through them to get to the buffet or anywhere in the restaurant. The men that came around with the cuts of meat splattered onto you or the tablecloth as they cut the meat. Had it been any other day we would have gone somewhere else. Regardless the bad experience and the rudeness of the hostess I still tipped our waiter 20% as I know he’s not at fault for the overall experience. Also, the bathrooms were dirty, bad lighting and the water in all the sinks was HOT. I definitely won’t be dining at any of their restaurants again. For as much as you pay per person it’s not worth it.

   Food is always really good but our service that night wasn’t to good at all our server never came and checked on us at all other than that!

   Meat preparation not good, overcooked. service too slow. too many reservations and less staffing salad bar ok, but full experience not as expected.

   We eat only lamb which we ask to be prepared without alcohol marinade. They claim that they would honor our request but in an expense of making us sort of beg for food! For a table of 4, we waited for 45 minutes for the first round of meat to find out they brought only 2 pieces of lamb chops and 4 pieces of lamb sirloin. They told us they bringing more, but only after another 30-40 minutes they brought 7-8 pieces of lamb chops to end with a waiter asking if there is anything else he can get to us!! A We ended up paying full price for less than half of what other people would be offered Another nice waiter came and offered to speak with kitchen but we were already tired and fed up of waiting for almost 2 hours so we ended up just leaving

   The service was great, perfect timing on bringing our food. The food tasted amazing. Many if the items seemed like they were right out of the kitchen.

    Our waiter only offered us spring and sparkling water, both of which cost $7.85 a bottle. He added 4 bottles to our bill which was an extra $32 tacked on. Upon asking another team member why, she said we were offered 3 types (spring, sparkling, and tap), which we were not. When she called our waiter back over and we asked why we were never offered the tap water for free, he not only spoke to our table of 11 in an unacceptable manner, but also stated he’s a salesman and nothing is given for free (water is supposed to be offered for free). When speaking with the manager he also stated it is because they work off of tips. This was stating indirectly that he was trying to make our bill higher so the tip percentage would also be higher which is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location.
