   Have eaten at Fogo several times since they opened. I have never had less than perfect food and service from them.

   The Fogo de Chao bar experience provided a good time for my BFF and me to catch up after a busy day at work and with little time to meet up over the past months. The wine was divine, and Jason, the bartender, was attentive, funny, helpful, and energetic. The food at Fogo de Chao is always excellent, and this night was no exception. The one missing element was vegetables. Raw or prepared veggies would have enhanced the delightful tastiness of the evening offerings. We thoroughly enjoyed our outing and will visit in the future.

   I had terrible service. I ordered an entree and waited at least 30 mins to be served after continuously asking whenever I could flag down my waitress. Had a hard time getting a second drink. My guests didn’t enjoy their meats from the full experience option. They were barely served and skipped over. The sides were unseasoned. Terrible overall will not be back. Reinforced my opinion that this is the worst brazillian steakhouse.

   The Gauchos were exceptional and were the highlight of the evening. As far as other service members, they were non-existent. We never saw our waitress after she introduced herself. Not once. We had to stop other servers to ask for water and to replace the absolutely cold mashed potatoes and sides we were were given. If it weren't for the Gauchos, I would be hard pressed to provide any rating for service.

   Sent a private note to the establishment. Everything was great except for the waiter who was assigned to us. We had to flag down other servers for a clean plate and to refill our drinks.

   The food was pretty good. Multiple choices. Meat excellent. The ambiance is excellent and not too noisy. The only downside was that our waitress seemed to abandon us halfway through the meal. She stopped checking on us, and when we had finished dessert, she never brought our check! I had to chase down another waiter and ask him to produce our check. We had further plans for the evening which were delayed considerably. We did not have this problem on a previous visit, so I'm not sure what was going on tonight.
