   We went to celebrate 4 of the 6 guest’s birthdays at Fogo. We were sat next to another very large party (12 top) and it took a while to even have someone come over to give us water and menus, let alone drink orders. Even then, the drinks didn’t arrive until after we started eating. The side plates for the meats arrived half way through the meal. I ordered the Sea Bass from the menu and that arrived halfway into everyone’s meal, and it was mildly warm, but overcooked. Regarding the meat selections, we couldn’t hear what the meats were and the high end meats (other than the chicken and sausage) only came by once.We even had asked a manager to see if we could get some of the filet and lamb, he acknowledged it, but we waited 10 minutes with no meat. We had to flag down any server to get more drinks, which was just soft drinks and water…and a glass of wine. The service was just bad…and we were going to get some dessert but got so frustrated with no one coming by that we just decided to get the check and have dessert somewhere else. The most frustrating thing is 4 of the 6 of us had birthdays and not one single acknowledgement from the restaurant staff. We made reservations and I put in the notes that there were 4 birthdays but nothing from the restaurant. Huge disappointment and I don’t think we’ll be returning to Fogo any time soon.

   Everyone starting from the front door as we walk in the waiters, the managers everyone is amazing. We love you guys. We love the food. The service, and the attention that y’all give us. Y’all make us feel good and we really appreciate that. thank y’all for the effort and for making the best of y’all to us. The service and the attention is amazing, we really appreciate that. Thank y’all for being amazing. There is no doubt that good people is what makes a great amazing restaurant.

   Wonderful lunch today! Domingos was so nice and seated us at a great table. The market table looked spectacular and so fresh! I also loved the Feiojada soup with sausage and all the fixings plus the butternut squash soup. My husband had the full experience and loved all his meat selections, especially the filet, bacon wrapped chicken, and the sausage. The Managers all worked seamlessly to ensure the lunch service was done nicely. Thank you again to Domingos for helping us with our reward card. 😊 We look forward to coming back soon!

   This was our first time eating here. My husband and I decided to make a reservation here to celebrate our anniversary. The meat was great, very flavorful. The service was not the best. My husband and I sat down after getting sides to start eating and our drinks arrived about 10 minutes later. I asked for chimichurri sauce 3 different times and never got it. We asked for lamb chops because the same two meats kept coming around our table which we had already tried and wanted to try others. Lamb chops finally arrived about 20 minutes after we asked for them. We asked for more bread which also never showed up at our table. Food was good, service could’ve been better. Will be trying a different location next time.

   We've been going to this location for a while now and have always had a GREAT experience. This past Saturday night was a big let down compared to other visits. For some reason the same three cuts of meat made it our way the whole evening. The bar wasn't stocked very well that night either. By the time I had to come up with a fourth choice of drink I was so frustrated I ended up just having water. We stopped going the the Legacy West location for these same reasons. Hopefully it was just a bad night and not a new standard for this location.

   Not our best visit to Fogo. Definitely will not go back on a holiday weekend. Service was slow and lots of the meat was overcooked. We enjoy Fogo and will be back but not on a busy weekend.

    Went here for valentines. Had a 9pm reservation and was told they were 50 mins behind on reservations. Finally got sat at 950. Thankfully they were still serving fresh meats even though they closed at 1030. Food was good, they just need to work on how they organized and ran things in the future for a busy night like vday.
