   First thanks to Marcela and Our server Katie for saving the evening. We were seated against the wall in the back of the restaurant and the meat servers never made it all the way to us. We waited for over 30 minutes to get any slice of any cut of meat but none came. I finally asked for the manager Marcela who quickly fixed the situation and there were a line of meat skewers waiting to serve us. It was too much but too late as by then we had eaten bread and polenta sticks to fill up Declined the offer of free dessert as we had enough of that place

   Well worth the money. The meat, quality service, everything about it was a wonderful experience great place to fill up.

   When we arrived there was a male greater going off on one of the female greeters which was uncomfortable and kind of set the tone. The family restroom, the hot water doesn’t work at all, the paper towel is set on a bar next to the toilet (gross). The meat was all over cooked. The ribeye, the sirloin, basically every red meat was served well done and the equivalent to shoe leather. The waitstaff all seemed stressed even the manager that stopped at our table multiple times to pick up an empty plate, never even said hello. We won’t be back.

   All the meat came out raw! We specifically asked for cooked food when we sat down. I get it they turn out a lot of meat, but a light brown sear with purple inside is not ok.

   This was an impromptu family gathering for a meal we wanted to be extra special for my daughter visiting from out of town. Several of us are eating carnivore, so if you're not so strict on seasonings, this is an ideal venue for that. Some of the family members considered ordering the a la cart meat option to save, but when they saw all of the offerings, they felt the all-you-can eat option was worth the higher price point even if they weren't partaking in most of the salad bar (except for the charcuterie portion.) Our server was very attentive and explained the experience well. The venue made it difficult for my older parents to hear well, but perhaps a quieter corner could be requested for a smaller party. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience for all.

   For thanksgiving we made reservations @ 6:30pm however we did not get seated until 7:45pm. The con we had reservations and it meant nothing, there are also people with no reservation, there not enough room for all of the people waiting to get seated so we all stood, they told us that they would text but they hollered our name so had we went somewhere to wait we wouldn't if heard tour name holler out, last when they sat us the waitress forgot plates over 15mins it took a while to get her back to ask for them as well as the complimentary side mashed potatoes that came right before dessert and drinks were never ask for refills; sorry the water guys was super attentive but didn't understand english well enough to get the waitress. Pros: They asked for forgiveness for the wait time, they brought food out in the lobby to try among the other 40 or so people waiting to get seated they also brought free drinks and when they sat us down they were swift with services in the beginning. Go it's good, don't make reservations and be ready to wait standing up.

   We visited Fogo de Chao on Thanksgiving and it was extremely busy. That being said, I appreciate everyone who worked there that night to make our Thanksgiving great! Food was amazing and all the staff was very friendly, even when some of the customers were not. Thank you again!
