   Wonderful! My mother, her wife and my boyfriend loved it! My boyfriend and I come here all the time so having my family experience the lovely staff and food really made the evening even more wonderful!

   We booked a 645 dinner reservation for four on Thanksgiving. We were not seated until 7:50 PM as they were overbooked and understaffed. It was very chaotic. Once we were seated at our table, we had perfect service from our server Eddie she was a joy. Our food was excellent and service was quick, but we didn’t feel rushed. I hope next year for Thanksgiving, they will have adequate staff as well as not overbooked and double book.

   Do not make a reservation for the holidays !’ I had to wait 11/2 hours extra time to be seated on a patio on a cold night when I reserved for inside . Never again The management could care less The hostess didn’t know what she was doing And paying a fortune for that meal is not worth it.

   I have been to Fogo de Chao years ago. This time, I was left underwhelmed. The food was just okay and the side dishes were cold. I do give grace since it was Thanksgiving. I wouldn’t come back for the holidays.

   We visited this restaurant for my husband‘s birthday. I had spoken with the staff about presenting him with a birthday cake. That was never done. We had to ask for everything that we needed. We had to wait a tremendous amount of time for drink refills or any service at all. This used to be a restaurant that we felt was a good value and provided a good experience. It was very disappointing and I will not visit them again after having been a customer for 15+ years.

They didn’t heed my guidance (a lesson they’ll remember next time), but despite that, they were captivated by the charm and culinary excellence Fogo is known for. The Gauchos, ever the epitome of attentive hospitality, delivered an exceptional dining experience. Their timing, precision, and warmth reminded me of what fine dining service truly entails—a rarity in today’s dining landscape. The supporting staff complemented this level of care, ensuring no detail was overlooked. The dining room was bustling, likely filled with holiday office gatherings, which added an energetic buzz to the space. While I hadn’t anticipated the crowd, it only enriched our festive mood. A standout, as always, was the pão de queijo—those irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth cheese rolls. They are dangerously addictive, and I could easily indulge in them by the pound.     Overall an amazing and unforgettable experience! Even if there was a wait time, the service was prompt, pleasant and welcoming from the valet to the tables. The ambiance was a mix of beautiful and intimate with an atmosphere that was opened and engaging. First timers were well informed of their options and the table servers were absolutely amazing and always willing to assist you. The food was absolutely amazing, everything comes to you hot and sizzling and cooked perfectly. They go above and beyond to create a memorable experience and it's worth it! Will definitely return and would recommend it for any occasion.
