   Reservations for 6:30 and were not sat until after 7:00. For the cost of the meal you'd expect great service, but ours was pretty lacking. Drinks sat empty for about half the meal and we waited 20 minutes for the check at the end. Servers bringing the food around were great though. Food was good overall. Salad bar was good. The cuts of steak were very good, but the chicken and pork were extremely dry.

   We had a great time ! We were there to celebrate our son’s 18th birthday. The wait staff and servers were very attentive. Overall Great time !

   Hosted dinner for the 20+ guests. Bad experience. Waiters came rarely to our table with meat selections.

   Overrated. Put us back in a room that you get to by the kitchen. Service was not great and the meat is just ok. Cheesy rolls and salad bar are probably the highlights. Hostess girls weren’t the most friendly either.

   Reservation was for 7:30p but we did not get seated until 8pm but it was worth it..Will go back

    Have not dined at Fogo de Chao for over a decade. Seems to have more shortcomings than previous experiences. The hostess staff were flustered getting guest seated. Acted like they were day trading on Wall Street. We were seated about 50 minutes after our reservation time, which was not too upsetting as they have a bar and seating near the waiting area. The restaurant's decision to only staff one bartender on a Saturday night on Valentine's Day weekend while the city was hosting Rodeo weekend did seem like poor planning. Once we were seated, the wait staff was very pleasant and friendly. They were extremely understaffed and overwhelmed however. I was fortunate to get one water refill while clearing a couple servings of salad and assorted meats. Restaurant management 2/5. Host staff 2/5. Wait staff 4/5. Food 3/5/ It is a nice variety of food options, but the environment and ambience was comparable to a Golden Corral with fancy protein.
