We have been to this restaurant about 4 times….very spaced apart. And every single time we come, the manager, Eva DeJong, remembers us and our son. She is spectacular. We go at least 6 months between visits, but she always immediately recognizes us and says hi, gives us special attention etc. She stands out, and she’s the reason we will come back again. You’re lucky to have her at this restaurant!!

This is the fifth SoCal Fogo my wife and I have eaten in the last year. This location by far is the most attractive and roomie of all the locations we’ve seen. Great spacing between the tables, great acoustics, and a beautiful patio area. The service is the key point of Brazilian steakhouses, and was prompt, attentive, and informative! We enjoyed small cuts of every meat available, from bacon wrapped chicken and steak to lamb chops and lamb steak, bottom and top sirloin, filet mignon, and others. The seasonings weren’t as strong as some other locations, but nonetheless were phenomenal! The drinks prepared by some of the friendliest bartenders I’ve talked with, were even handed and not meant to take away the flavor with too much alcohol. We were there on a Sunday during their brunch hours, which looked attractive with the waffles, omelettes, etc., and found the fresh made hash with chunks of meat and freshness of the waffles to be perfect! The only drawback is: it cuts down on the ease of navigating between the salad bar and the buffet set up, but not much of a problem at all! Besides, we are both carnivores and always look forward to the constant meat delivery at the table. The gauchos were friendly, fast and informative, and simply are a hell of an asset to this location. We had extremely fast and friendly service from Haley and Eric, which is consistent with Fogo‘s attention to the service oriented process. We will certainly return! I would’ve included several pictures, however, as usual, I was so hungry I didn’t have time to be a poser with pictures!

Set reservation, checked in 10 min early to find out they gave my table away. I had to wait 25 min for my table. RESERVATIONS were set for 7pm.

I had a reservation for 2:45 PM, but wasn’t seated until 3:15 PM. Once we were finally seated, we weren’t assigned a waiter—instead, three different people approached us to see if we needed help. We also ordered a drink that never arrived. To make matters worse, our table was located far away from everyone else, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

i purchased the “full experience” and was beyond disappointed. we were only offered like three cuts of meat, no variety at all and our table never received hot sides or bread! AND i ordered a pineapple lemonade and was served an alcoholic beverage! i don’t drink alcohol and this was very disturbing to be served alcohol when i explicitly told the waiter i don’t drink alcohol and i want a non alcoholic beverage. i took a few sips before i realized there was alcohol in my drink. this is NOT ok! i did not want to make a scene in the restaurant but i could have. the waiter was extremely cavalier about this and should understand the severity of someone allergic to alcohol being served accidentally served. i am NEVER coming back and if i wasn’t in a large group celebrating a birthday, i would have demanded my money back and made a scene.

Horrible. Waited 30mins just to be seated after making reservations. The waiter didn’t get us water until 10mins after being seated. When we asked for water and the little side dishes they said it’s usually brought out upon request This will be my last time dining here. I highly recommend to go during the week if you really want to go to Fogo. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Not worth it

Bathrooms were disgusting. No toilet paper, no seat covers and puddles around the toilet. For what we pay for food, restrooms should be clean. I don’t think any staff checked the restrooms all day. Service was slow. Same cuts of meat every time. There’s maybe only 3 types of beef, 2 chicken and 2 lamb that come by over and over. You get tired of it.
