We waited over an hour before my husband got his cocktail he ordered when we got sat. Our server never came back to check on us or explain what happened with the drink. We finally stopped one of the gentleman setting up tables to refill our waters than another server came over to help us get the drink figured out. We didn’t see our server until about two hours after we sat we end up being at the restaurant for 3 an half hours. Once we finally got our bill paid it took another 18 minutes from the moment the card was charged for them to drop it back off.

We are frequent diners at this location and have enjoyed the service and quality of food. We have noticed, however, on the last couple of occasions that the service has become a bit chaotic and unorganized. Simple things like bringing drinks and sharables to the table take too long and only happen after frequent requests to the multiple servers assigned to our table. We’ve also noticed that there seems to be less gauchos working the dining room and it takes a very long time for meat selections to come around the dining room. You definitely don’t feel that you get the value for what you pay because it takes so long and you have to frequently request basic things. Hopefully this is something that can be corrected because it is a good location.

Meats all tasted the same. Little flavor. Salad bar was ok. Took a while to restock some items. Service was ridiculously slow. Didn’t get refills on drinks until we were finished eating. Def not worth $300 worth. Maybe worth $75 considering quality and service

Our last experience wasn’t our favorite. It was my birthday, so we drove the 2 hours each way to Fogo. Fogo is our favorite date place. This time we brought our adult son with us to celebrate together. When the first round of meat arrived, we still didn’t have plates. So the server asked one of the waiters (older white guy maybe 40yo) for plates and he told us that we should have already gotten our own plates from the market table. We don’t eat from the market table. Reluctantly, he brought us 3 plates and was very rude. Felt Like we were in trouble so that set the stage for the rest of the lunch. We didn’t feel comfortable to ask for anything after that. Other servers were helpful but this guys not so much. The mats that were being brought out were mainly bottom sirloin, top sirloin, sausage, chicken and overcooked lamb. We cannot even eat the sausage or the chicken because of the spices. We were served filet once and it was overcooked. So, definitely not our favorite meal. The top and bottom sirloin were good. But we were paying for the full experience not just those two choices. The restaurant was busy because it was the day after Valentine’s Day so maybe that is the reason.

It is one of the best Brazilian steakhouses in town. We always love the meat selection and their positive service experience. Getting the full experience is extremely recommended!
