   Very poor service. I think we were invisible to everyone. I had to ask multiple times for refills and they never brought our original drink request.

   It was overall a really bad experience for us. It was really disappointing especially for $150. We waited for over an hour to be seated. We were then finally sat at a table with no table cloth and clearly not ready, to then be sat directly in the middle of the dining room with no direction, table was also not ready it just had water glasses on it. We had no idea who our server was. Everyone was all over the place running around frantically. We finally got drinks and waited for ever for placards to flip for meat. We got served chicken, c shape steak and fried cheese that was it. We sat there for over an hour and a half and gave up. We paid and left hungry.

   I’ve gone many times and lived the experience. I took 2 guests with me to introduce them ands we had an awful experience. The servers would walk right by us, I was asked a couple of times how it was going, told them and nothing changed. We then asked for a dessert menu twice and both people said they would get it and be back, we ended up leaving never seeing that. I’m so disheartened, I was so excited to share the experience and I’m sure they have a horrible taste in their mouth from it. Or reservation was Saturday at 4:30, so it was not a packed house.

   As always, the marketplace was excellent, and the various meat choices were awesome! Wish I could afford to eat at Fogo more often.

   High price for churasco buffet with few meat carrying churascos in the dining room. I’ve been to several fogo de chai locations and have never had to use salt on meat brought to my table.

   My experience this time was much better than my previous visit. Drink service at the table was still very slow and even had to ask the server again if they had forgotten a drink order. It's a shame as the drinks were top notch and I really enjoy them as they are so good. The food was good and when it came time for desert, our server had disappeared. We eventually did find another server to order our desert order and then proceeded to wait what I would say was an extended period. When our order did arrive, the deserts were also exquisite. The Creme' Brule' is wonderful and I highly recommend.

   The waitresses kept acting as if they had better things to do, when asking for a bourbon menu I was told they did not serve any form of Whiskey/Bourbon outside of cocktails. Was very surprised when we received the dessert menu and there was the Spirit Menu. Myself and the 3 other guests I was with, we went 30+ Minutes without water after being told Multiple times they would return with water. When dessert came, my date and I both ordered an espresso which did not come. When we asked about the espresso the waitress said she would go check on it, instead of returning with our espressos, she returned with our check. I am not a new customer to Fogo de Chao. But I will NOT be a returning customer to Fogo de Chao Kansas City. Overall Service Staff was not very attentive. Food was exceptional as always.

   Everything was wonderful from service to food, we were seated where there was a draft which hurt our experience (full winter coats and still cold).

   We've been to this location several times in the past. This time was the most disappointing as it was for my son's 18th birthday. I realize that we went in the middle of the week. However, we maybe saw 10 of the 15 meats that were advertised. Most of the time when we asked for rare, we were given medium to medium well. At almost the end of the meal, we were asked if there were any particular meats we wanted. We told him the lamb chops and requested it rare. The gaucho said OK and that he would be right back with them. When he returned with the lamb chops, they were at best medium. Again, I realize that this was in the middle of the week when not that many people are there, but it seemed as if they were just trying to get rid of the meats they had left. It was definitely not worth the $60 per person that we were charged. Service was good. I just wouldn't go in the middle of the week.

    Host was rude multiple times, the manager tried rushing us out twice even though our server said there isn’t a time limit, I tripped over a broken tile and 3 staff members watched it happen and nobody asked if I was okay. They didn’t put a sign over the broken tile either so that’s a huge liability issue if somebody were to trip like I did. The food was great, and our server Andy/Andrew was great. I just wish the rest of the staff could have been too. Very disappointed in the two managers who we encountered though. Please fix your tiles. If it costs $190 for two people, you can afford to fix a broken tile. Unless you’d rather pay out the price of a lawsuit!
