    Host was rude multiple times, the manager tried rushing us out twice even though our server said there isn’t a time limit, I tripped over a broken tile and 3 staff members watched it happen and nobody asked if I was okay. They didn’t put a sign over the broken tile either so that’s a huge liability issue if somebody were to trip like I did. The food was great, and our server Andy/Andrew was great. I just wish the rest of the staff could have been too. Very disappointed in the two managers who we encountered though. Please fix your tiles. If it costs $190 for two people, you can afford to fix a broken tile. Unless you’d rather pay out the price of a lawsuit!

    Our experience was average at best. It was cool. The food was good but not what we have experienced in the past. Our wait staff was sometimes hard to find and we weren't really certain who our actual server was until we were winding down our meal. The drinks were exceptional, but when ordering from our table, the wait time for them was excessive.

    Waited 45 minutes past reservation time to be seated (checked in 10 minutes early). Plenty of open tables not being utilized while we waited. Food mediocre. Tables on top of each other in the room we were seated in. A lot of the meat cooked well done.

    We didn’t stay around for dinner this time because nobody even acknowledged us after 35 minutes of waiting. No water, no food, no acknowledgment. Will not be back ever again! We even had a reservation. This is an expensive dinner that we were looking forward to. Special occasion went wrong with lack of service. After reviewing all recent posts (all within a week) are about one star service. This seems to be an issue that your management should address. If you don’t have enough staff or food to give five star service to the people reservations, don’t take any walk-ins or don’t overbook your reservations. We drove an 1 1/2 to eat at this restaurant. This is a five star restaurant, correct? It sure didn’t feel like that this week.

    The overall experience was great. Only thing lacking was our server took awhile to get to us and didn’t check in with us but maybe once or twice. But other then that it was a very great enjoyable time.

    This was not one of our better experiences with Fogo! First, we were never greeted once seated. We understand that they work "as a team" there, but not being greeted and having to just decide to get up and help ourselves is unacceptable. Then, one of the servers spilled oil on my pants and boots. Fortunately, Carla took notice and decided to be the one to handle our table. Excellent job, Carla! She's the reason it wasn't a total disaster. The food was excellent as usual, and that helped as well. Will we visit again? I'm still undecided.

    We went here for Valentine’s Day so it was pretty crowded, but understandable. Food and service was great, but I had the worst dirty martini ever and it wasn’t served in a martini glass -_- Other than that, it was pretty good although I wish I hadn’t had to wait almost 45mins to get seated even though I’d made reservations

    Terrible experience. Had a 3pm reservation on Valentine’s Day. Showed up 2:45 to check in. Wasn’t sat until 3:36. Table setting looked terrible and no water, no one ever game to great us. At 3:50 I went to the hostess and asked if we someone would be with us soon since it had been about 15 min. A server was near by and heard me and said she would help us. She came to the table very quickly told us about the main experience that do where it is a salad bar and they cut meat at the table. And that she would figure out who our server was, and took my husband drink order, neither of these things happened. We did the salad bar and when we got back there was water in the glasses and a little bowl mash potatoes and rolls on the table. Another 30 min go by and still no drinks so I go to the hostess (no servers in site) and let them know a waitress took the drink order but we don’t have it, I’m told they will figure it out, but that never happens. Eventually we just got drinks from the bar ourselves and paid at the bar and brought it back to our table. I saw the station for the servers with metal pitchers of water so I just took our glasses and filled them with water ourselves. I walked around and looked for desserts but never saw anything so I guess no desserts. Eventually when we were ready to leave I had to go to the hostess again to ask how we get a check and pay so we can leave. At this point we had already decided we will never come here again. Someone random person brings us our check and says “we comped your drink for the bad service”. To which we informed her that we had gotten our drinks from the bar ourselves so we already paid for them. And she just said “oh okay, have a good night”…. Okayyyyy so no compensation for a terrible experience and you just lied about comping a drink? We just wanted to leave so we could do something pleasant with the rest of our night. My husband has been wanting to try this place since we moved to the area. Very disappointed.

    We had to wait atleast 10 minutes for our waiter to show up once we were seated. Salad bar and servers with the meats that came around were the best…. But once again we had to ask our waiter 3 times for the potatoes & other side dishes. We were wanting a refill on potatoes & rolls but our waiter never came around to check on us😡now we know when we ordered sweet tea he just brought a pitcher out so we could refill drinks ourselves…. Server was nice but our service was bad!!! We finished our pretty much all meat dinner and was ready to check out but server was no where to be found so after waiting for 15 minutes I asked another waiter to get our check which he politely apologized and completed other waiters job so I had to lower his tip to 15% which we felt was still over tipping him . But everyone else and food servers were the best!
