   food was nothing extraordinary but the service and friendly staff makes up for it enough for you to want to come back

   Our server was awful, it was a man. He was pleasant at all. He created a misunderstanding by saying we didn’t have to pay for our beverages only alcoholic drinks. When we got our bill the drinks were on there. When mentioned it to him politely, he was very rude and walked away from our table. The customer service rep removed the drinks. But we felt it made our experience awful along with the food really couldn’t enjoy we left after paying our bill. I doubt if we’ll come back there for this was our annual girls holiday brunch. Disappointed.

   IT WAS my sons birthday and it was indicated in our reservation-no desert , no cake, food so just so so, we never saw our sever after she initially came to take over—Very poor service, very poor lack of celebration for sons birthday

   This is an experience that transports meat lovers to Shangri-La. The food, service and drinks are excellent. I highly recommend this place.

   Just not what we have come to expect from FOGOs in the past. We ordered the Wagyu expecting to melt in our mouths and it did not at all. Service was good just disappointed in the Wagyu.

   We got lamb one time, most of time they were bringing chicken and pork. The filet mignon was a little dry. But I got a piece of cake as a gift for my birthday.

   I frequent KOP Fogo weekly. Carlos, my 1st time server did an excellent job and was very attentive to my needs and acted quickly each time.

    I set a reservation for 5 and they set us at a table for 4. When I spoke up, they were frustrated with me but put us at a bigger table. The manager then hovered at our table making us feel like we had to rush through our meal. Been here a dozen times and never experienced this.
