   Upon arrival the front door area was very impacted. Once we reached the front desk we checked in for our reservation and the hostess greet us kindly and said “congratulations”. I had put the reservation down with an anniversary note. She let us know that it would be a few minutes so we headed to the bar for a cocktail and only after 10 mins we received a text saying our table was ready. We checked back in and a different young lady kind of shrugged us off and said it would be a moment. We lost our awesome bar seats and proceeded to stand for about 15 mins and watched several parties be sat ahead of us. Out of confusion I asked the original young lady what was going on and she said “oh I guess they didn’t know who you were, I can get you sat in a second.” Frustrated I asked if we should just got chill back at the bar because standing in the very crowded front area was not the vibe and she said no. We stood again until another hostess came back from seating someone and was handed our ticket. She reluctantly said “I’ve been seating all night, I quit” obviously being satirical but none the less in front of guests is so awkward. She walked us back without engagement and sat us down at an unfinished table. Luckily Gary was AMAZING and saved the night. Sadly I don’t think anyone informed him of our anniversary. We sat next to a large party that took most the prime cuts. Never received filet or ribeye. Gary made one of the chefs come over with “med rare” filet. It was purple and the taste of iron was obscene. Lost my appetite and told Gary we did not need the ribeye. Desert was wonderful and the drinks were chefs kiss. The value is still good considering how much food you get but I’m still really sad our special occasion was forgotten about. Maybe next time will be a full win. We will be back.

   Would have loved a seperate plate for the ongoing meats that are offered. Salad bar was very diverse and offered some great options. Overall it was great! Make sure you make a reservation!

   Very crowded and so noisy that I couldn’t hear the person next to me. I’m not sure whether this was just because of Christmas parties or the National rodeo being in town. If you’re a meat lover, then you’ll enjoy all the different meats. The salad bar was good too. So this is a good place but not great. Lowry’s and Ruth Chris might have better quality meals. And if you don’t eat that much meat, well you’re SOL. We won’t be by be back for our Christmas party next year.

   My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous meal but what was unexpected was the outstanding staff that served us. This began with the two young hostesses that greeted us and welcomed us to the restaurant. We were seated by a very pleasant server, who pleasantly chatted with us making us very comfortable. Each and every person that served us was exceptional , friendly, polite and always engaging appropriately. The manager was actively involved, actually bring us our bill. He was extremely professional and friendly and when told how much we appreciated he and his staff, he was very pleased and complimented his staff. Thanks for a wonderful evening dinner. We'll be back.

   With a reservation we waited 45 min for a table with 21 people standing at the entrance. Not impressed. Food was good though.

   We ordered one appetizer. Then had the buffet and side table service, all was fine with exception of the sides that came with table service were NEVER served

    Being Brazilian, I having been to dozens and dozens of Fogo de Chao around the world. I would consider this facility below average in terms of service and variety. I feel for the poor passadeiros (who try the best they can, and some are not well trained) but there just is not enough people for the volume of people. I went on a Sat evening and the place was packed, as a testament to the value of the offer. I was first assigned a terrible table beside a high traffic area (which is opposite to what I have asked) and later reassigned another table near the salad bar. The second table was fine, but we were ignored for a while. It got better at the end -- I saw some servers trying, but again, not enough staff for the amount of customers. The salad bar is OK, but not great. The meet variety caters to the American taste as well as the serving style. Left to their own devices, passadeiros would just dump a large cut of meat in your plate vs. cutting as thin slice as most Brazilians would prefer so the meet is always warm and tasty. The good news is that there are options for Brazilian BBQ in Vegas -- about another four good choices that I know. I would encourage the customer to try others to compare. I would rate my experience was rated a C -- this time.
