They brought completely wrong wine and charged us for it but did bring correct wine eventually. The team waiting on us was disappointing except Anna.

We had the Churrasco experience and it was beyond satisfying . The steaks are superb, the market table (salad bar) had a lot of options to choose from. I will be going back!

This was a great Experience overall. Took my employees for Christmas lunch, We were greeted by the hostess, very friendly, very accommodating, made my whole staff feel at home, the wait to be seated was about 3 minute. our waiter Alex, did an excellent Job. brought our Drinks promptly, gave good instructions on how the buffet works, there was a line at the salad and specialty area but it was lunch rush hour and the place was packed ! The food was excellent, not overcook, not too salty, juicy my only regret is that i did not get to taste the LINGUICA - Spicy Pork Sausage. for some reason i only saw it carried thru the room one time and he was too far to call over. Manager: 15 minutes after we started eating the manager interjected himself and help to secure all my party was accommodated with anything else they need. some need different types of sauce, others wanted a certain meat, HE made sure to send waiters our way every 5 min. to make sure we were taken care off.

Service can use some attention, we had to keep reminding servers we were missing items ordered. Someone literally said they “forgot”. The rounds of meat were not consistent, one will come and over 10 mins would go by for another one to come. I requested well done meat for my toddler and it took over 20 mins. The garlic steak was very chewy with hardly any meat. Not enough meat variety, I felt the same just kept coming - picaña, garlic steak & skirt. Just Not worth the value of $73.

Service was fast and slow at times . Had a great experience with our server that was super caring. Ambience was okay . Meat was either too cooked or too raw. Some meat cuts very though. Carvers serving extremely thick slices of meat with no regards to how the meat is sliced which is not what churrasco is all about. Maybe having a rough night but we were not impressed by the place. Not comparable to other fogo de chaos around the country that are usually top notch (what we expect). Had several friends at the dinner trying to impress them with Brasilian foods but was not impressed. Would not recommend downtown location and will not come back

*** I’m editing my review because I realized after the fact (unfortunately), that I was also overcharged. I have reached out multiple times and have not received a call back. To start, you have to park down the street, across the street, in the parking garage. The ambiance feels very dated....I was very disappointed being that I usually dine at the upscale, Woodland Hills location. The food for the most part was very good, as was the attention given by our primary waiter. We did have to ask multiple times (4) for a couple of meat items to come our way. I don't believe we will be back to this location

My partner and i celebrated 10 years at Fogo de Chao. We decided to go in for brunch and we are glad we did. It wasn’t crowded. The cuts were hot and coming along. Everything tasted great. The servers were attentive. 10/10. Will be coming back again.
