   My experience with this chain was a different one in the past, however, tonight it was really not good. Service was poor. And actually serving steaks on hot stone - which some folks seem to like - forced several guests out of the Restaurant because of unbearable fumes coming from the overheated stone and heavily burned meat. I was there twice tonight: the first and the last time.

   The highlights of my lunch included discovering that picanha has an incredible amount of flavor, and having creme brulee cheesecake with blueberries for the first time. The Market Table was plentiful and diverse, and the meats (served very rare when I requested it) were tender and delicious.

   My wife, my son and I had great memories of this restaurant from a few years ago. Unfortunately a few days ago when we had lunch there the quality of the meat was not as good as it used to be. Anyway the buffet is still great. The service was also perfect… very friendly waitress.

   Asked the staff multiple times for a cut that was never brought although they told me it was on its way. Bathrooms required cleaning, meat cuts were limited and not the best. Todo bad since this is a very well recognized restaurant and should live up to its expectations.

   The first time ever!!!!! We are there every week. Last night can we say loud????? ..... no more!!!!! We set on the table and nobody showed up. No water, no attention and no waiters at our table. I spoke with the manager who had his phone on his hand and he was chatting instead to check the clients. Only 2 waiters and the food was very slow to go out form the kitchen. We were a table of 4 and when the waiter was at our table is was serving only person and he looks like he was in an hurry and we have to call him to came back to serve the other 3. Cherry on the cake???? All 4 ... we went to the bathroom at 2am in the morning so... something weird happened last night.

   The meat cuts offered in the price won’t come to you unless you request them and get an attitude from the servers as you were asking them for a favor. Never going back.
