   Arrived early and we had early reservations and they would not seat us until entire party arrived, their loss! Really good food. Very friendly wait staff, but terrible service.

   Wasn’t the best experience I’ve had, the service wasn’t that well and it took 20+ minutes to get a drink and 20+ minutes for dessert to come out when we ordered before another the table next to us. We were only 3 people and the other table was about 6, didn’t really make sense.

   The food was amazing, my family of six enjoyed it. The steak was delicious and the employees serving it came quickly and often, your plate was never empty. The only downfall we experienced was the waitstaff, as we found it challenging to get anyone’s attention. Our starter plates (the bread, mashed potatoes, bananas, etc) didn’t come until halfway through our meal. We were told the waitstaff worked together as a team when we were sat, so we could request what was needed from any of the servers; however, that was not possible when there was only one server in the dining room doing a dozen tables alone, or, when the others finally came, no one would acknowledge the table. Despite this, the food was delicious. I would go back, in hopes for good food and better service.

   The service team seemed to very frazzled, especially the hostess. Several members of the waitstaff seemed to not know what they were doing. Nearly every table in restaurant had no water in their glasses. One server took the lead and managed to get things more under control. The tables also seem to be way too close to each other. Makes it a challenge for the gauchos. Food was great as always!

   It was a great experience overall but some of the meat the brought to the table wasn’t hot, may have gotten warm-cold from the walk to the table but everything else was great! We love Fogo and will probably try lunch another day or come an earlier dinner time! Keep up the great work you guys!

   SLOW. SLOW. SLOW. Took them 30 mins to come back with good meats. Had to remind them several times to bring more food.

   I'll be honest here, I wanted to like it. Inattentive at times but more often than that forgetful staff members. The market areas, cold bar etc were unorganized and frequently cross contaminated from guests spilling food(which happens but you have to have a porter cleaning that more often). Infrequent gaucho service, I requested ribeye to 3 different people and never received it. I just opted for the check in lieu of the ribeye or dessert for expediences sake. 230 including tip and I really expected better.

    Mostly ignored by the wait staff, had to call them order to get a drink, get the check etc, sat me next to a drawer that kept opening. Also most of the meat was overcooked.
