    I think we caught them on an off night. We had a 7:30 reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:20 despite open table showing additional available tables that were immediately available. They were out of the pineapple and crème brûlée. We also asked for a few specific items that never arrived. What we had was great but the service was inattentive, wait times were long, and they were out of a few things we wanted.

    We had 6:30pm reservations on a Tuesday night and weren’t seated until 7:30pm. The older male host and younger female hostess were rude and dismissive of our concerns. Many other guests were disgruntled as well and received the same treatment.

    Excellent service and great ambiance. Also a robust wine selection. The salad bar is great with lots of options. The meat is plentiful but for New York there are many exceptional meat options. Overall we always enjoy Fogo throughout the east coast.

    It was a great experience for our celebration. I would suggest to get a better brand cachça like velho barreiro gold.
