Really had a great time with my family on Thanksgiving. The service was top-notch. I honestly can’t wait to come back on a regular day and just enjoy a meal again with other family and friends.

The overall experience was great, but the amount of time we had to wait on our table despite having a reservation was a little disappointing. Despite this, it was a nice dining experience.

Great cuts of meat and buffet selections for sides. Great value for the quality of food you are getting. The server was very rude and did not want to honor our birthday reservation. However, the customer service rep/manager was extremely understanding, pleasant and helpful.

My wife and I are regulars here, so clearly we love the food and the restaurant in general. We even had our engagement party here! All the meats come out fresh and frequent. Servers are surprisingly attentive and quick to respond to requests despite the insane size of the place (we always request the lamb chops and grilled cheese ASAP). Despite being a chain restaurant, the quality of the beef is impeccable. We were less impressed by the chicken and pork dishes, but it’s AYCE, so no issue with that. Only complaint is that despite making reservations, we still often have to wait 20+ minutes to be seated because of how busy the restaurant is. It seems like they overbook sometimes and end up with a massive crowd in the lobby. That said, totally worth it…every time :)
