Helder was a great server. Being Thanksgiving it was very noisy in the venue.

Been coming here for a while now on trips . But same meat over and over . Top sirloin . Chicken bacon wrapped meat. Very disappointed because they used to bring out fillet , flank , short ribs . Towards the end I had to ask for certain meats . It was just as bad as Texas de Brazil .

The atmosphere was unusually warm, which made the dining experience unpleasant. Food was ok. Fogo de Chão will not be on my places to dine list next year.

Holiday service is not a speciality at this location. Over booked restaurant, wait staff could not kept up. Service was lack luster and non existent. Food Quality and variety not available on this visit. The place was booked so tight, could only be described as greedy. Serving burnt and low quality meets. Would not recommend.

We where there this Sunday and had a bad experience they took too long to bring out the meat.. between 20-25min and only went one gaucho and only asked one person and left, everyone else at the table was kept waiting with no food. The manager came to the table to ask if everything was alright and we told her what was going on and she said she was sorry for our bad experience. We also told her we had a reservation for this thanksgiving and we were going to cancel it, but she said to give them another chance. We decided to do it and go again this time before thanksgiving reservations but it was the exact same experience. Thought this time we were seated next to the table of the managers of the restaurant and the corporate people. The employees of the restaurant were more focused on them than the clients. For that reason we decided to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere for our thanksgiving dinner. It’s a shame they don’t have the same service like in other Fogo’s.
