   My drink took thirty minutes to come out, but they comped it along with our desserts. Food was great as always

   Third time here (but first time back since 2020). the check in staff was rude, we checked in that we arrived for our reservation with 3/5 for our party, and then waited for the rest of the party. When the last 2 of our party arrived we checked back in with the desk to get seated. We then sat patiently around 15 minutes within eye sight of the receiving desk with 5 of us present and did not get seated. Had to go back another time the wait staff rolled their eyes and tried to shift the blame back to us. Out waiter was fine but very soft spoken for the environment, was very hard to hear. The food was great but for the price you are paying you could have as equal of experience or better at any other steak house in downtown.

   They need more variety in meats and maybe some sauces to go with the meats. Seafood would be nice, even as an add-on. Ambiance and service was topnotch.

   Very strange ending to an otherwise great dinner. We always visit here when we have the opportunity, and I was happy with the food on this trip as always. There seemed to be a mixup where our waiter disappeared and we were unattended to for 20+ minutes. Which isn’t the end of the world and I understand mistakes happen. What left a sour taste in my mouth was after I notified a floor manager we needed our check and weren’t sure where our waiter was. The waitress that dropped off our check was very cold. Not saying a word or even making eye contact. I probably should have flagged down another waiter to attend to us before going straight to the manager, but I don’t think our request to checkout after 30 minutes of sitting and waiting warranted the rude response.

   The food was good and we had a nice time. However the server we had was bad. We asked three times for a drink before she would actually get it. Luckily the other servers around us would stop by to give us water and clean plates cause we barely saw ours. Then when the bill came she charged us multiple times for the drink we had to keep asking for but only received one of.

   First time there, waitress never brought our water. Girlfriend ordered a glass of wine, had to wave sever over to table because he looked confused where it was supposed to go. Told waitress I was ready for the check. She brings it over and sits it in front of my girlfriend. Thought the food was good but the service for that up scale restaurant was poor.
