We dined here on Christmas Eve and it was very busy, as expected. We were seated very quickly, however, a server did not come by for 15 minutes. We had to wait 30 minutes for water and had to reminder server about our wine order. The table next to us was served much faster than we were so I’m not sure what the problem was. Food was very good, but the service was extremely poor. They were trying to fill every inch of space with tables and we were stuck in the bar area so I’m sure that had something to do with it as well. Hopefully next time will be better.

I requested the same meat for over 30 minutes. It finally came at the end of the meal. I was not waht we would expect from Fogo de chae as we have been going here for over 10 years.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience, I sat at the bar and the entire staff was amazing. 10/10 highly recommended. (Definitely go with the house special!)

We arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservation which was at slotted for 7:00PM and were not sat until multiple status requests on our table. It seemed as if our reservation never existed… told to wait a “few more minutes” just to wait 40 minutes. We finally get a table and the hostess said she couldnt find us a table indoor (even though we had a reservation), so she decided to take us out on the patio to 2 separate tables that would split the party. After being visibly frustrated, the hostess had the audacity to say, “so do you want it or not” and walked away from me and back up to the host stand. Very unprofessional. Another kind gentleman got involved and accommodated our party to a table indoor. Service was great but it took a while for half of our drinks to get to the table.
