Justin took great care of us, and Ana (Manager) also was outstanding in maintaining quite a orderly environment, given the ongoing Christmas crowd craziness. Christmas dinner was excellent! Thank you!

Another Christmas dinner disaster. Won’t make this mistake 3 years in a row, next year. Booked my reservation weeks in advance. Even showed up 15 minutes early, and still waited for an hour and a half for our table. Staff was doing the best they could, but there is a huge disconnect in running this train the right way. Food was either rare or well done and this train wreck should never happen at those prices.

Place was packed tonight. Good atmosphere. Service and meat selections was nice. Servers were friendly and cocktails were delicious. We initially thought we would wait 30 mins past our reservation time but ended up sitting 15 mins before the res.

Awful service. Cold meats. Could not support the Christmas rush. Avoid this place during busy times.

Mediocre experience for Christmas lunch. Hopefully this was due to the large volume of diners and not the norm.

We dined here on Christmas Eve and it was very busy, as expected. We were seated very quickly, however, a server did not come by for 15 minutes. We had to wait 30 minutes for water and had to reminder server about our wine order. The table next to us was served much faster than we were so I’m not sure what the problem was. Food was very good, but the service was extremely poor. They were trying to fill every inch of space with tables and we were stuck in the bar area so I’m sure that had something to do with it as well. Hopefully next time will be better.

I requested the same meat for over 30 minutes. It finally came at the end of the meal. I was not waht we would expect from Fogo de chae as we have been going here for over 10 years.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience, I sat at the bar and the entire staff was amazing. 10/10 highly recommended. (Definitely go with the house special!)
