   Host service and manager with horrible attitude, it was our anniversary and we made a rsv for 7:00pm, there was an empty table next to the entrance but we thought they were going to give us another better table, they gave us a table at 7:40pm, the same one from the entrance, we asked if it was possible to have another table, we saw they were changing table for other couples, they made us a face and they told us it was “ok”, we took all out plates to the other table, I said thank you to the manager/host boss and she did not replied to me, they were just doing a face, service and food perfect.

   Overall good? I got chicken dropped on my dress the first time I got any food, stained it obviously. Unfortunately though, that happened 3 other times between myself and the rest of my party. Food was okay, I never really got the rarity of the meat I asked for and a lot of times got well done (asked for med/rare). Was definitely worth the $64 for all you can eat salad bar and meats, but service quality was iffy. Someone in our party got asked for their number by a customer service rep that followed her from the bathroom, so take that how you will…

   Excellent service. Our waitress Ariana was very helpful and ensured we were attended to and that we got the cuts we wanted. Celebrating our 40th anniversary was superspecial with the complimentary dessert 🍰 Yummy 😋

   Didn’t serve us all of the different meats . Just a very reduced selection. Then I took forever to get water and the dessert.

   Average food at best. The good meats rarely come out. Definitely won’t be back… especially at the new price they charge

    Waiter was very nice but seemed distracted and it wasn't that busy since it's 20 degrees out. My water was empty and we never got sides other than bread at the table. Also, I had to ask some of the gauchos multiple times which meat they were bringing to the table because a few I couldn't understand since they were whispering it and kinda muffling their words. One guy I swear said "... fajita " I don't know. It was still a pleasant experience. Thank you.
