   Had to wait for more than 30 mins from reserved time to be seated. Poor service. Servers takes a long time to get beck with what is needed. Also long wait for food to be served. Servers and skips tables, passes by without checking tables. Meals takes longer this way which is why they are behind seating guest.

   The reservation was at 8:30. We did not get seat until 9:15. It was extremely crowded too so waiting at the bar was almost impossible. The drinks were mediocre. The meat was rather cold when served. The servers were pretty nice but seemed extremely busy they would forget to bring our orders. The only good thing was the cheesecake. I would not come back unfortunately.

   Great experience! We went on holiday so we had a short wait but food was delicious. Our waiter only stopped by table once and didn’t even bring us drinks. We did get plenty of meat served to us from everyone else.

   Minimum one hour wait with reservations understandable but to check in one hour before your reservation and still wait another hour is ridiculous and unacceptable!!!

   We will not go on Thanksgiving again! The holiday traffic clearly was not planned. Our reservation was at 4:00pm and we did not get seated until nearly 6:00pm. With no real waiting area this was a nightmare. They obviously overbooked and did not take in consideration that it is Thanksgiving and families are more likely to dine a bit longer. Luckily, our waiter was amazing.

   Great experience and atmosphere perfect for Thanksgiving. The staff were like family very personable and warm. Everything perfect.

   Service was poor and had to ask three different servers before we received extra bread. Given we were seated to the side dinning room, our meat service visits were seldom and tasted limited number of varieties of meat (max five). Disappointed for a $70 dinner. Salad bar was pretty decent with variety of offerings

   Everything was exceptional. My husband and I were excited for specific things and our waitress made sure that as soon as they were ready that we got them fresh. Above and beyond excellent service.

   Made reservations and still waited 50 minutes and almost every server with meat skipped over our table. Two severs did always come back and asked what meat we wanted. Always waited between 4-7 minutes to get another piece of meat. Our waiter did have plenty of tables to take care of but she was still attentive on our table. I definitely won’t come back unless I am in town again and have no other steak option. Food was good for sure but service was terrible.

    The food is always great here. Unfortunately we were seated 55 minutes past our reservation time! The reason being “they were waiting for groups to leave”. So I’d recommend not having anything planned after dinner. We had movie tickets and only got 30 minutes to eat before we had to leave.
