   Worth the wait if you have a reservation and still have to wait to be seated after 20 minutes. Once seated they cater to your every need. Food was amazing!

   Definitely not as good as other locations of this chain. The staff just doesn’t seem to care. The salad bar items are lower quality and the selection is much smaller. They were very stingy with the meat. They would cut one tiny, thin slice and then dash away.

   Food is always delicious. We did have to wait about 30 minutes after our reservation time, and service was generally slow, but could have been the holidays.. lots of people!

   The sea bass (which took over 30 minutes) was waterlogged. It did have a sear on the outside, but the inside was lukewarm warm and somehow filled with water, no flavor, and no papaya salsa in top. My family got the meat experience and market bar. Staff came over right away with cheap cuts (chicken and sirloin) then completely ignored our table. We had to flag them down to ask for filet minon, then wait 10+ minutes until it showed up. The lamb and ribeye were very fatty cuts. For a 365) lunch (including tip) for 5 people, I would have expected a lot more. Save your money- go to a local (not chain) restaurant and get a quality steak. The worst part is the bad service put a damper on what should have been a nice holiday meal.

   The quality of the sides, salads, and various meats did not justify the price. The restaurant was clean, the staff were courteous, attentive, professional and friendly. The ambiance was good. I would have happily paid more for better quality food.

   We've eaten here a few times and overall this was by far the worst. The other experiences were good so not always bad. Had a 5:15 reservation, we didn't get seated until 5:52. We had asked to talk to the manager about being delayed and then got immediately seated without a manager coming to talk with us. It was busy but there were open tables for 5 so not sure what happened. There was food debris all over the floor around our table, the table cloth wasn't 100% clean and our server was trying to avoid us. My wife ordered salmon that was so over done that she ate 2 bites, we didn't see all of the skewered food options and then after about 45 minutes into our experience we had 4 greens showing and sat there for about 15 minutes with the serving staff avoiding our table. When our server dropped in he asked how we were doing so I told him we hadn't been approached with more food options. After that we had a few more bites. Overall, the skewered meat was good but pretty much everything else in the experience sucked. Go someplace else if you are going to spend this kind of money and want a great experience.

   We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and our waiter disappeared for about 45 minutes, leaving us unattended. To make matters worse, we didn’t receive all the meat options that were supposed to be served, which was a major letdown. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and attention. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations, and we left feeling dissatisfied.

   This has been the worst experience visiting a Fogo de Chao restaurant, poor service, the food was not up to the standard of the restaurant, I felt discriminated against. I chose to spend my birthday at this place and it was a disaster.

   We went Fogo De Choa for my son’s birthday. It was his first time there and he loved it. The service was prompt. The wait staff was very personable and friendly. The food was delicious. We all had a great time. We will definitely be going back again in the future.
