meats were slow and not the best quality - never got the ribeye I requested at the time of reservations. One of us paid for the salad bar which was almost empty

Not so great… servers were pleasant but not really attentive… we waited forever to have desert and the check offered to us… I specifically sent a note to the restaurant as part of our open table reservation to tell them it was our first time to dine there and that we were there to celebrate my sons 25th birthday. We were not offered any birthday celebration, I saw other tables around us celebrating and a desert was brought out but we weren’t even asked about it so I’m guessing no one read the message I sent. I have sent messages as part of my open table reservation to other restaurants in the past and they were always received and acknowledged. Needless to say we had a very mediocre experience and we will not be going back again. Very disappointing.

Had a terrible experience waited the longest time for our drinks initially, then we order a drink and had 2 hairs in the drink very disappointed.

Great wines and service for the wine and bar bites tasting. The food was good but the portions we literally just one bite each. It was a fun event and you do get 3 full glasses of your choice of the featured wines. The music was a bit distracting and we were glad that we were seated away from it. The customer service was great and they really did take care of us. We would definitely do another wine event with them.

The food was delicious as always. Restaurant was very cold and we had to keep our jackets on during our meal. We were not even seated close to the main door. Our server was almost nonexistent. Had to ask other servers for additional items.

Not only was this my first time but went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and a celebration was had! The food was seasoned just right. The portion sizes were just right. Our server, Charm went above and beyond with making sure we got everything we needed. We will be dining here again soon!
