Le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse brésilien authentique - une churrascaria – et est devenu une référence au Brésil depuis 1979. Aujourd'hui, les chefs « gauchos » manient toujours aussi habilement le gril et taillent à votre table chacun des délectables morceaux de viande : la coupe picanha (surlonge de spécialité), le filet mignon, le faux-filet, la coupe fraldinha (la surlonge brésilienne), le cordeiro (l’agneau) et plus encore. Worst experience of my life! I was so excited to try it with my girlfriend for my anniversary. We went for Happy Hour and the bar tenders gave the vibe that they really did not care. The drinks were disgustingly over sugary. Usually I’m a lenient guy but this place was just an embarrassment to the fogo de chao franchise. We waited over 40 minutes for our empanadas, the guy told us 10 minutes later. We asked him again 10 minutes later and he told us another 10 minutes. No apologizes or anything. I told them we did not want them anymore cause we had to go. No comp or anything. Terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE

Our server Romeo was super attentive and they would bring out specific meats if we asked it was a very enjoyable experience. Not too busy which is great.

The kitchen was down. Got told the grill was down. Then it was they didn’t have the gas lines working. My reservation was at 5. We got told half an hour to fix it. We wait. Overhear it’s going to be an hour. I already waited let’s wait more. Then 6:30 we get sat. I’m told by waiter it’s still down and will be for a while. So I’m getting bamboozled to wait another hour?? Unacceptable. I left.

Service was good, food was good, drinks were good. Price seems right, maybe different sides can be added, Desert was good chocolate lava cake.

Our waiter was terrible, didn’t bring fresh plates got mad when we got up and got our own. We had to ask 4 times to refill our water. No one even greeted us when we sat down, did not even ask if we were celebrating anything like we usually do.

The restaurant can be quite loud so can be hard to have conversations. The food was good but don't be shy about asking for a better cut. I ended up with an end cut at times and didn't like those personally. Salad bar was great and lots of choices. Just it was busy with large rowdy groups around us so made it difficult to talk. Might return on a less busy night.

Great meat as always and it made a big impacr on team bonding and team outcome. Just wish that we had a bigger table and not in a corner but the p’ace was busy

Meh! The servers kept coming to my table asking if everything was ok. The problem is they kept coming empty handed or with the same meats and sausages. I never saw the rack of lamb, no ribeye and the pichana was tough, dry and lacked flavor. It usually is the best they have to offer but not tonight. I should have just stuck with the buffet only as that's all i really ate. One of the managers asked me what cut I was waiting for and I told him the ribeye. He said he will go back and check on it. He came back and said that they are working on it. My question is why did I have to ask for it when it is part of the rotation? 15 minutes later he comes back again and said it's almost ready. I waited 5 more minutes and just was frustrated that I was being fleeced and I just paid my check and left. I never have a good experience here. Do yourself a favor and go to Galpao Gaucho at The Headquarters at the foot of the Hyatt. You'll have a better experience. I know I did.

We love Fogo and usually go during someone’s birthday. The food is amazing, the service is exceptional, and it’s also really nice that kids 12 and under eat half price.
