   The service went downhill over past few months, we had booking for 6:15pm and were not let in until 7:15pm! Other than that the meat was not coming at the usual pace and on multiple occasions we had to call out the waiters to stop ignoring us.

   overall it was a good experience. but tonight the meat service was slow and low cost meats were often offered.

   The salad lunch was awesome. There were a lot of varieties to choose from. Our waiter Samuel was very friendly and offer excellent service.

   My wife and I had a wonderful time last night celebrating her birthday. Our server Joaquin was very attentive to us and deserves 10/10 stars. Highly recommend if you love meat and good wine.

   I made a reservation for the $39.99 dinner-for-two promotion for my anniversary. After we enjoyed our meal, I was charged the full price because I wasn’t informed that I needed to notify the server about the promotion. Once a reservation is made through the promotion link, it should automatically notify the restaurant. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the supervisor explained the policy, but they spoke so quickly and without consideration for the fact that we drove 1.5 hours from Brentwood to San Jose just for this promotion. This miscommunication is misleading and left a very negative impression, which unfortunately spoiled our anniversary. Additionally we were seated near the kitchen you could see staff playing around and chatting very loudly, our server was nice.

   The food is amazing!!! All different kinds of meats cooked rare to well-done are brought right to your table to choose from along with an outstanding salad and fruit bar!! Their Key Lime pie is my favorite dessert! Destiny, our waitress, provided fast and friendly service always with a bright smile. Destiny was kind enough to sit with us to take our photo to remember our visit. Hope we get Destiny as our waitress next time we visit. Fogo de Chao is just a wonderful place to eat with great service, great food, and take your loved one and/or loved ones.

    Keyon was our waiter and he was amazing. Very attentive to our needs, checking in on us often. Would definitely recommend!
