   Typically always a great experience at Fogo de Chao. Just in my past two visits I’ve just noticed the service is not on point like it used to be and the salad bar quality of food is not up to par as it once was.

   Dinner at Fugo this New Years day was just a wonderful dining experience because of wonderful Rachel the mgr.,and staff members who brought us fantastic filet mignon & a host of other great employees which made our dinner absolutely the best. The Manager Rachel & staff delivered excellent customer service. We highly recommend this restaurant because of great assorted food, salad bar & excellent deserts. Our experience was fantastic which Rachel made it happen. 5 stars for Rachel & staff.

   Never received our appetizer or drink order after 45 min so we asked for the check and left. They still charged us for the main course but were nice enough to take off the appetizer and drink we never received. Essentially paid $200 for the salad bar.

   They clearly overbooked for NYE. We waited in line more than 15 minutes just to check in and be told they were running more than 1 hour behind on reservations. I the. Asked why Open Table shows reservations still available every 15 minutes and was told by the host that she didn’t have anything to do with the reservation system. They had tables in the parking lot and everyone just standing around outside waiting for tables. It was such a bad experience, and a clear money grab by management, that I will never go back.

   We love Fogo. We were in AZ and decided to go for New Years. We waited an hour past our reservation time. There was such a crowd outside waiting to get in. I would have chaulked it up to New Years issues, but looking at the comments, it is clear that this was an outstanding issue that had not been addressed. We were in the corner of the far back room and the meats rarely came by. Just a bad experience all together. There are other great options that we found in Scottsdale. Hope they made lots of money.

   We had a reservation at 630pm and finally left at 730pm because no one could or would tell us how long it was going to be before we were seated. All we got was “it will be soon”. On our way home at 737pm we finally got the text saying our table was ready. I think they booked as many reservations as they could and knew some would fall out so they would be sure to book every available table all night.

   New Year’s Eve, restaurant must have over booked. A sea of people in the waiting area. They were 1 hour behind. But ones you got in to the restaurant the service was very fast. Food was decent.

   The place was packed, although we had a reservation we had to wait nearly 30 min to get seated. Others seemed to be waiting even longer. Food was good but the selection of meats was lacking compared to other Fogo locations visited previously. Service was good considering how busy they were.

    Had reservations for 5:00pm. Were sat at 5:15 so not bad. Service was slow. Only got one drink. Food was pretty good. Salad bar way different but good. Chicken wrapped with bacon was dry. Plan on spending lots of time here. Long waits between table service on the meats. We requested service problem three or four times. Valet service was a joke. Had only one guy working New Year’s Eve parking cars.
