   The food was delicious. We had to wait for drinks, which arrived during dinner. Most items needed to be refilled at the salad bar. Side dishes also arrived after dinner.

   Thank you for making our double birthday celebration a great experience for two newbies. They thoroughly enjoyed the food, the gauchos, and the dessert and drinks.

   Been a long time fan of Fogo, so I’m filling out this review with mixed feelings. However, tonight’s dinner experience with my fiancé and two additional guests has left a lot to desire. Starting with us showing up on time to our dinner reservation only to find out they are “running behind”. The entrance of the restaurant looked like the arrivals curve of the airport, with lots of people waiting. We were then sat over 30 minutes past our reservation time. Once finally sat, we order our drinks and once again had to wait over 10 minutes for water and beverages. We were sat in the back of the restaurant and the guys that typically make rounds to each table seemed to avoid our area and we had to ask the server/manager to please send some meat our way, since that is the whole experience in this restaurant. When we finally got some of the different cuts sent our way it was 95% lamb and there was 1 chicken and one pork option. We finally got beef options towards the end but not before we had to ask the server/manager to please send beef our way. Most of the different cuts tonight had a slight burnt taste on the outside and mainly rare to medium rare on the inside. Half of my party wanted the meat temperature a little higher and when asked to bring medium well options, most of the guys wouldn’t come back. I have to say the lemonade and cheese bread were as good as always. Unfortunately the meat and options available were not great. Very dissatisfying experience when we raved about this place to our guests and were met with a very underwhelming experience. Lastly we were presented with a bill for 5 people (5 Full Churrasco Experience meals and 5 drinks), when there was only 4 of us. Then it took another 15 minutes to correct that and when they finally brought back our credit card slip, the book had no pen for us to sign and once again waited an additional 10 minutes for us to get someone to bring a pen to us. Sad to say but i will not rush back here any time soon.

   We made reservation for 21 people a month in advance so we were optimistic that management would know we were coming either on time or earlier. But not the case, we waited an hour for table to be ready! So I ask you, what’s the point of making reservation when we can’t be seated within 15 minutes of grace period. The same courtesy that restaurant gave their guests. Once seated, the service and food were slow and same meats kept coming out. We were disappointed as we frequent this restaurant quite a lot. Maybe it’s time to try something new.

   Overall happy with the food. Service was not as good as other locations. Food quality excellent although staggering meats was slow. Didn’t get any variety until late in the meal. Plus was we never felt rushed.

   The server was so welcoming and sweet. As first timers here and celebrating my 30th birthday it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the dessert was also great and tasty.

   The place is disgustingly dirty and the service was horrible. I even had to tell one of the guys bringing the meat around not to hold his knife point down directly over my 3yo son.

    Place has slipped - service is still attentive and good. But prices higher, food quality decreased - really not worth the value.
