   This was a little disappointing. I am not sure what the issue was but the service and amount of gauchos was less than we expect from Fogo. We had our green for meat sign up for long stretches with no one coming by to offer choices. Told the servers and were met with indifference.

   Über 40 Minuten gewartet, bis unser Tisch bereit war. Auf die Getränke haben wir 15-30 Minuten gewartet. Das Fleisch war kalt oder lauwarm. Ich war hier schon 4 Mal. Aber so schlecht war es noch nie.

   I think the restaurant was not what we expected Definitely a new experience It is very loud and not an enjoyable experience The staff working there where definitely earning their paycheck I’ve never seen such hustle The food was mediocre and the noise level made it difficult for a conversation Not what you would expect in a steakhouse Our waiter spoke so quickly I have no idea what he was telling us

   Will never return to this fogo de chao. It was my father’s 55th birthday they made us waiting over thirty minutes to be seated which we were fine to wait until we realized they were seating us at the dingiest table they brought out and placed literally next to the hostess stand and right by a herd of twenty people waiting in the walk way. I specified in the reservation father’s birthday and I even asked can we get a better location table not here at the hostess stand by the front door since it’s special occasion. The hostess staff did not care my dad became upset as he should not feeling special at all and we just ended up telling them forget it we will just leave. It was a complete zoo in there they over book like crazy salad bar looked a mess. NEVER going back and if it’s special occasion highly recommend you reconsider dining here as the staff doesn’t give a damn.

   Overall great experience. Food was great and offerings were plentiful. Unfortunately the guy was serving meat to us and knocked over my glass of water which went in my plate and all over my lap. I was literally soaked from the waist down. He was so apologetic and felt so badly. I wasn’t mad as we all make mistakes. I reassured him several times. Was disappointed though that they didn’t do anything to make up for it. Just said we’re sorry. Could have at least comped my cocktail. But alas nothing. It was delicious though and a great way to celebrate my husbands birthday.

   We never had a Brazilian steakhouse experience and didn’t know what to expect. Thought that table side carving was interesting. Not what we expected at all A loud, noisy cafeteria atmosphere with families of small children and everyone in casual clothing. Clustered groups around the check in desk waiting for table assignments and a large buffet table in the center of the room with a line of about twenty people snaked around the buffet holding their empty plates. Other than ordering a meat or protein entree from the kitchen you are on your own for any side dishes, salad or accompaniments. Of course you can just graze the buffet for an all-you-can-eat experience The advertised table side carving was a few waiters walking around with small pieces of meat on skewers, randomly offering slices of whichever meat they had. I cannot report on the quality of the food because we departed after being seated, declining to get on the buffet line. It’s a buffet restaurant, not a steakhouse

   Overly populated and no rhyme or reason to the way the meat is brought to the table. Felt chaotic and unorganized. Meat was undercooked.

    We waiting 45 minutes after our reservation to be seated. The amount of people in the restaurant was overwhelming. We were seated in the back so we weren’t offered meat very often which was disappointing. When I ordered dessert it took so long I opted to take it to go. Not worth it.
