   This past experience did not live up to the usual experiences we have here. We usually love Fogo so much that we even had our wedding reception dinner here. However this visit was a bust. The guy who escorted us to our table had horrible BO, some of the items of the salad bar were out and never replenished the entire time we were there. It took over 20 minutes and 30 minutes for us to get our cocktails. We actually received the second cocktail after we were already done eating. Some of the meat was fantastic but others were so fatty and tough that I literally could not cut them with the steak knife. Also ask for the chimichurri and it came out 90% oil and practically very little parsley and spices. We asked for a redo which never came. And the gauchos were very inconsistent. We were offered the same meat multiple times and other times we would see them go to other tables and never come to hours. There were certain items we never got to try last night. We tried requesting certain things and again by the time they actually came to us, we decided to be done for the evening.

   Coming from Brazil, I was expecting more from Fogo de Chao. We were there specifically to eat picanha. The first round was good, it took a while for them to serve more and that round was dry. The last one was ok. The feijoada was watery and tasteless. I was really expecting more.

   Not a fan and most likely will not return. The dining room tables are too close together, wait staff were running onto each other, it felt very crowded and we felt rushed! Definitely a less than desirable dining experience. I don’t eat a lot so the price I paid for my meal was not worth the money.

   A wonderfully unique dining experience for family and friends of all ages who truly enjoyed the entire evening at this Brazilian Steakhouse. First time visit but definitely not the last will order Ordering the full Churrasco Experience was the best decision we could have possibly made.

   The service wasn’t so good - choosing the experience , took really long time Till they started coming with the meat .. compare to previous times was extremel disappointing

   We were there for our anniversary dinner. The place was packed, for a weekday. At first the servers seemed overwhelmed with the volume of people and food and service was not able to keep up. Towards the end, everything changed and service was great. We had a new server come help us and she was amazing, wish I could have remembered her name. Overall, great experience as always.

   Made a reservation for 5:15 pm and had to wait for another 40 minutes until we got a table. We were placed in a table far from the kitchen therefore we would only get coldish meats, the waiter staff should be trained to prioritize table station and fairly serve throughout the dining room. Ordered a glass of wine and was overcharged. Salad bar missed olive oil, cost benefit was not up to par based on the food being served cold and lacking seasoning.

    Service was outstanding. Despite a full dining room, the servers and management staff have a way of making you feel you are the only guest.
