   We have been to this location on numerous occasions. This time, the service was subpar. Celebrating a birthday and it took 20 minutes to get a glass of wine. Food was great as always.

   Sadly, I was disappointed in this visit from start to finish. I had a 1 pm lunch reservation. I called 15 minutes prior to my reservation to let them know I was running late, the guy who answered the phone sounded confused about why I was calling. When I walked in and I wasn't greeted right away, I actually greeted the host, gave my name, and was told to step aside and wait. No biggie they seemed busy. I was seated at a side table tucked next to the wall and a server station. After our drink order was taken and the process explained, the poor service began. Our drinks came out but the waters took twice as long. The meat service was on point and consistent. Halfway through we realized the sides never came around. The next time our server came around we asked for the first time for sides and as I was ordering another round of drinks our server walked away in a rush. We had to ask 2 more times for sides. Our server was so scarce that we decided when he finally came back we were going to order 2 drinks to make up for lost time but he was so scarcely available that it wasn't worth the time and we ordered one more since we weren't going to be there much longer. even as tables started clearing out, the service never got better. our server went MIA and other servers and what looked like a manager helped us with our check. which was wrong and had more drinks than we ordered on it. in total, we were there for almost 2 hours. tables were turned at a faster rate than we were being served. sides were served after our meat, we only had 2 drinks each, one in the beginning, and the other an hour or so in. It just seemed like the servers were all in their first week and just getting by.

   The server disappeared shortly after ordering drinks. However, the young lady that was bringing our drinks stepped up and provided GREAT service.

   Had to wait over 30 mins past reservation time. Excellent salad bar. Had to ask to be served rib eye and filet. Good experience but for the price - there are better quality steakhouses.

   Typically always a great experience at Fogo de Chao. Just in my past two visits I’ve just noticed the service is not on point like it used to be and the salad bar quality of food is not up to par as it once was.

   Dinner at Fugo this New Years day was just a wonderful dining experience because of wonderful Rachel the mgr.,and staff members who brought us fantastic filet mignon & a host of other great employees which made our dinner absolutely the best. The Manager Rachel & staff delivered excellent customer service. We highly recommend this restaurant because of great assorted food, salad bar & excellent deserts. Our experience was fantastic which Rachel made it happen. 5 stars for Rachel & staff.

   Never received our appetizer or drink order after 45 min so we asked for the check and left. They still charged us for the main course but were nice enough to take off the appetizer and drink we never received. Essentially paid $200 for the salad bar.

    They clearly overbooked for NYE. We waited in line more than 15 minutes just to check in and be told they were running more than 1 hour behind on reservations. I the. Asked why Open Table shows reservations still available every 15 minutes and was told by the host that she didn’t have anything to do with the reservation system. They had tables in the parking lot and everyone just standing around outside waiting for tables. It was such a bad experience, and a clear money grab by management, that I will never go back.
