It's sad to see that a restaurant that opened and served good meat and service has dropped in quality. Since it opened its doors we have been visiting it more frequently, in fact last June we had a family meal to celebrate my son's graduation from the University, and there we noticed that the quality of the meat and the preparation is not the same as when it started. Yesterday we ate there and the meat is brought to us very well done and they only offer picanha, top sirloin which is very tough!! and another cut that I don't remember but the meat was practically burnt. Until I asked they brought us ribeye which I also sent back at first because it was all burnt and dry!! They also offered us filet also very well done!!! and at the end they brought me the beef ribs also very well done!!! It's a pity I don't feel like going back.

More "uneven" across the board than it has been in the past. Some staff were really exceptional, others not so much. A couple of cuts were great, but most were dry and over-cooked. The turkey, to their credit, was perfect. The only team that was consistently on its game was whoever was in charge of the salad bar. Overall, it wasn't bad, but it failed to reach excellent. And I am usually a fan.

The service was terrible. Drinks were served for the table, minus one drink. When we tried to catch the server to get the last drink, he ignored us. When he finally acknowledged us, he was irritated and was not professional. We had multiple other service issues with the same server today as well. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with service at this location. The first time, I assumed it was just a one-off, but after today, I will not be going back. The food however was great.
