More "uneven" across the board than it has been in the past. Some staff were really exceptional, others not so much. A couple of cuts were great, but most were dry and over-cooked. The turkey, to their credit, was perfect. The only team that was consistently on its game was whoever was in charge of the salad bar. Overall, it wasn't bad, but it failed to reach excellent. And I am usually a fan.

The service was terrible. Drinks were served for the table, minus one drink. When we tried to catch the server to get the last drink, he ignored us. When he finally acknowledged us, he was irritated and was not professional. We had multiple other service issues with the same server today as well. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with service at this location. The first time, I assumed it was just a one-off, but after today, I will not be going back. The food however was great.

I felt like since we went around 2:00, the servers didn’t visit us as often & didn’t bring the higher quality meats we paid extra for. Other than that, the staff was top notch as usual.

First time dining experience at Fogo de Chão. Made reservations for my husband’s birthday and referenced his birthday on my reservation. We had a “happy birthday” note on our table but no acknowledgement of his birthday and no birthday dessert was offered. The waitstaff was not attentive nor helpful in explaining the process. The food was alright. Seemed to have lots of opportunities for the sausage and lamb but waited for a long time for the mignon & picanha. Overall disappointing experience.
