   Very hot in the restaurant. Had to wait 30 minutes after reservation time. Drinks took longer than expected to get to table. Mixed up drink orders got drink we didn’t order. Glasses only got topped off once last 30 minutes of meal had empty glasses. Over priced meat was a lot of gristle but for all you can eat was good.

   I had a 7:00 PM reservation that I made 3 days in advance and they made us wait for half an hour before getting our table ready. There were no less than 45 people in the waiting area who all had reservations. The hostess was unbelievably unaccommodating. Unhelpful and rude. One couple is spoke to in the waiting area at 7:30 had a 6:30 reservation. They had to leave because they were not being called… even with a reservation. The food was fantastic, but everything else was extremely disappointing

   My boyfriend and I came to eat here to celebrate our anniversary. This is our second time coming, but it won’t be our last. We enjoyed the churrasco experience, once again! We ate lamb, sirloin, Parmesan pork, bacon wrapped chicken, and we helped ourselves to the salad area where I enjoyed their butternut squash soup. What really kicked it off was the cheese with honey! Something we hadn’t experienced our first time. My boyfriend isn’t very fond of eating cheese just by itself, but that night, he turned into a cheese lover! We had the Brazilian limonada, it was refreshing, sweet, and overall delicious. We finished off with some desserts, which is the only thing I was able to get a picture of, because we were too busy enjoying the churrasco experience to take pictures. Overall if you’re looking for something different or new to try, I would definitely suggest Fogo de Chão.

   The food was lackluster at best, the service was awful, other tables were asked if they wanted specific meats, we never got asked and only saw our waiter twice at most, the food was far below average, definitely not worth $64 a person

   Children being obnoxious and shouting, climbing on furniture behind us, drink served in broken and chipped glass, wrong drinks served, no chicken brought out until we were finished with meal, credit card mix up at check out, bad valet experience. Food was bland. Not sure what was going on but we could not wait to leave. My first time there, and such a waste of $200.

   It was excellent, service was great! There were tons of employees, so despite it being super packed because of Valentine’s Day we still got amazing service. The host staff was definitely overwhelmed but that was my only semi sore point of the night, and there were not enough places to sit while waiting for our table. Would definitely return though.

   good service, and good food; but if you are a first-time visitor, you need to know that the entrance is on Routh St not on Mckinney Ave

    The service at this restaurant has significant room for improvement. We had a noon reservation for brunch, and the restaurant had been open for just an hour when we arrived. Upon seating, we discovered they only offered decaf coffee, with no regular coffee available. Additionally, the omelet station was not operational at the time due to a shortage of butane. It was only after a delay that someone brought more butane, allowing my wife to eventually get an omelet. Our waiter was inattentive and seemed more focused on other tasks than ensuring our table’s needs were met. In contrast, the staff members serving various types of meat were much more attentive. While I cannot speak to the quality of service at other locations, based on our experience, I would not recommend this particular one. Should we choose to visit again, we will consider trying one of their other DFW locations.
