Went in for thanksgiving dinner, and it did not disappoint. Andrew, Dionnta, Abby, and Marco made our experience great - this is the second time we’ve spent the holiday at this location and the service was legit.

We had a reservation, but still waited over 46 mins to be seated. After spending over $600 at dinner, we were asked To move from our table to the bar area and wait there for our desserts. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys under the age of 18! Don't appreciate being moved from our table after spending over $600

Expected it to be busy due to the holiday. We did not expect to be ignored by our server. They were more interested in turning over the tables than waiting on the people seated.

Food quality was poor, service was okay. We asked for beef ribs and they brought us the driest pieces of meat I have ever seen. Looked like beef jerky. Overall, I would rather go to the Plano location hands down for better quality of food.

One lady server, she rush us to pay bill and she want us to move out. It was my daughter birthday. This made us very uncomfortable. Following that, when my wife asked for a spoon she brought it and slammed it on the table in front of us. We are deeply saddened by what happened. We will never come back to this place. First time to try this location. Happy we did! Even the valet staff was awesome! Love the atmosphere and the window table. Natalie was exceptional and very pleasant and attentive. Definitely will return. Thank you for making my birthday great!
