   Here’sWe had a lovely Valentine’s Day dinner at Fogo de Chão in Washington, DC. The food was delicious and well-prepared, offering a great variety of flavors. The service was outstanding—attentive and professional throughout the evening. The ambiance was nice but could have been a bit more refined for a special occasion. The value was solid for the experience, though not exceptional. The noise level was moderate, which made conversation manageable but not entirely peaceful. Overall, a very good experience.

   The food was delicious.The churrasco experience was amazing. I give the food a 10/10. The service was not good. The server never came back and constantly forgot what we ordered. We had to flag other servers. The place was packed and overwhelming. There were unhygienic dress codes.

   Our server was not up to the 5 star standard. He only came to the table once or twice. We had to ask the server helping the table beside us for help. Not good at all.

   I've been to Fogo 3 times in the last 6 months. I've been to Fogo on V Day about 12 times & this is the first time my service wasn't good. The lady mgr said, it's V Day, & we have a lot of ppl here & waiters have a lot of tables, well maybe adjustments need to happen on days like this & V Day happens the same day every year so lets not use that as an excuse. What I've noticed is that if you sit anywhere near the front of the retaraunt near the doors or in the corners the service sucks. You need to sit by the buffet or where they come out the kitchen with the food.The waiter we started with never came back to chek on us.The waiters are supposed to come around with meat & the waiter who's taking care of you is supposed to ask if you want something to drink I had to ask more than a few times for the meat & the thing is, the meat waiters rarely make it to the front of the restaurant. One time, they told me that they had to cook some more lamb & they came back 20 minutes or so later. I asked for refills of the sides & after about 20 min or so after me asking another waiter I finally got it, but the thing is by the time it got to our table they were luke warm to cold. After the first round of the salad bar, the waiter came to ask if he could get us a clean plate. He took it & never came back & we had to get our own again. I asked about 10 times for water from various people. Water! It shouldn't be that hard to get water. We finally started to get meat & water from the Asst. Mgr Hermes who took care of us & apologized & he came back to make sure we were getting what we needed after the fact of about almost an hour of us sitting at a table & waiting for things. Lastly, when they cut the meat on the table the crumbs fell off & was on our table that they left & we had to get it off ourselves. So needless to say, my dinner with friends was not that great of an experience, & we're the ones who bring them back to Fogo. Hermes tried to make it up with dessert.

   It was my first dinner here and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The salad bar was amazing and the different chicken and meat selections were delicious. We can’t wait to go back and try different dishes!

    Our server was brilliant and she itemised the whole bill for 9 of us for which we were very grateful! Food and cocktails excellent as usual and as all my friends were first timers they all said they’d definitely eat at Fogo again!!
