    Great food but crowded on a Saturday at 6:45. All was good but next time I would prefer to come when it’s less crowded.

    What a disappointing experience. We have been here multiple times and had a great meal and a great time. This time we waited almost 20 minutes past our reservation time, and were finally offered a “high top” seat. Upon sitting, it was so uncomfortable (seats disproportionally tall for the very small table so our knees barely fit under and we had to lean down to eat) that we asked to move. We were told the other tables were for guests with reservations. We explained that we had reservations, and we were then told they were for guests of 4 or 6. With respect to service, we needed to ask multiple times for water, beverages, straws, and sides. Some of which never came. The food at the market salad bar was delicious, the meat was dry and with a long delay between servings. Many times we had to try to catch the servers’ attention to receive meats. Overall, a shame.

    We had a 4:30 reservation and we were not seated until after 5pm. We ordered wine and we waited over 10 minutes until we asked the server about if the wine was coming, they said it was coming. The people serving the meat would serve us every 10 minutes. The sides were cold and stale. I stated on my reservation that we were celebrating my husbands birthday, however they forgot. I had to remind them it’s his birthday and if my husband will receive a dessert? The server said “oh I didn’t know, yes of course.” I wish I didn’t have to ask and the restaurant surprised us with the dessert.

    Our table was given to us on time. The waitress was helpful in our ordering. There were waiters waking around with meat that was good. Right until we got our tomahawk, the meat was dry and it was on a salt block that was used to cook the meat. Kind of embarrassing because we went from a nice restaurant to cooking the tomahawk ourselves like KBQ or something like that. The salt block made the meat super salty and not enjoyable to eat. The manager came to us and ask to take the price of the salads off the check but I told him the salads were actually better than the tomahawk. We will not return here at all.

    We had dinner reservations on a Wednesday night for my mom’s birthday. We were a party of 5 (4 adults and 1 toddler). We were seated in an awkward place, but then again the entire restaurant had an awkward layout. It just felt like one big room with tables everywhere. There wasn’t really an organization of the tables, and everything was very crammed. We got seated at a round table near the buffet. Waiters and customers were constantly bumping into the back of our chairs due to lack of walking room between tables. We all purchased the Churrasco experience. The meats were good, but I felt that our table was rarely approached compared to other tables. Again, I blame the layout of the restaurant. Our waiter was very nice but only stopped by at the beginning and at the end of the meal, we had to flag down other staff to get refills and extra mashed potatoes. I ordered a glass of wine and waited about 30 minutes to finally get it. I was told the reason for the long wait was because the bar was backed up. I feel like the buffet selections were not very great. Everything was ice cold. I don’t expect to eat cold asparagus or mushrooms when eating at a steakhouse but that is what they had. Overall, I do not see myself coming back to this establishment. While the meat itself was good, I feel like everything else dimmed my experience.

    I recommend going to this place when it is not dinner or lunch rush time because service will be terrible. The food is always great and the gauchos are on top of it but servers are not attentive and come back to your table multiple times telling you that someone will bring whatever you asked them for previously instead of doing it themselves. Thank you to the manager Jacob that was on duty for picking up the servers slack!

    Poor experience, meats did not come around very often, kept having to ask waiters for assistance with meats, even though place cards were flipped on the green side, salad bar 3 out of 5.
