   The food was great and they were able to accommodate my large group for my birthday dinner. The service did slow down and they stopped coming to my table almost entirely even though our markers were green. All in all great food and experience though.

   The food was ok but the young lady that greeted us kept blaming everything on upper management instead of trying to resolve the concerns. Greeted us and said we had 10 minutes to eat. Please do not allow to reserve late reservation if once you come in you will be rushed.

   Very good food and wonderful service. However, the menu and explanation of the prices could be much better explained so there isn't any confusion on just how expensive of a place this ism

   We got there 15 minutes early and they accommodated us super quick. The server was great, I wish I could remember her name but she was on point. Food was great as usual and caipirinha a little stronger than usual.

   We went on 2/15 for our anniversary and Valentine’s Day. Trust me, I understand restaurants are extremely busy during this and other holidays but you should not sit so many people if you don’t have the staff. I also have been here multiple times. It’s one of our favorite restaurants which is why we decided to go again and celebrate. Everyone was packed in the main dining room like sardines, the table next to me not even an arm length apart. There was no rhyme or reason to the apps/ buffet. People were entering from all over and then get mad if you “cut” the line. I think we only got 3 different meats come to our table. I had to ask for certain ones (bacon wrapped chicken, steak, and ribs) and after asking and waiting no one came. It was just overall an awful experience. It’s just a shame because the food is so good and it’s not cheap. I’ve was so excited for this dinner only to be disappointed. For what we were paying this is not how we should have been treated. Just be careful going here for a holiday would be my suggestion.

   Food was okay if you could get it. The people walking around with the BBQ never came to out area. I had to complain to get our area fed. Cheap wine @ $15 per glass was not worth it. $200+ to leave hungry no thanks. Never again!!!

   The food service was wonderful and the food was delicious! Definitely worth the price depending on if you want to spring extra for dessert. ☺️ However, I did not realize they were going to try to upsell you for extra drinks (in tiny glasses) that are way over priced. Not to mention they charge you radically for just a glass of water….work to be done but overall 4/5 experience! 🩷

   Worst Valentine’s day dinner. NEVER GOING BACK. We have been to a Brazilian steakhouse before, so the idea was not new to us. We arrived on time and were brought right in to our table. We were inches apart from the tables next to us and could definitely jump into anyone’s conversation next to us. We were greeted by our waitress right away. She explained the two options for dinner (well kinda). She did not speak english well. We just read the options. She asked us for our drink order. I said jack and coke. She says diet coke? I said no jack and coke. She said regular coke? My wife then said the alcohol. My wife then just pointed to a drink on the menu for herself. I was then brought a regular coke. When the food runner broufht my wife’s drink, I said i was supposed to have jack and coke. The runner understood and returned with the proper drink. We went up to the salad bar. EVERYTHING is cold, even heated items like grilled eggplant and zucchini. We came back to the table to eat our salads. Once we finished our salads, the manager came over and asked if we were done. Thinking it was just for our plates, she said ready for your bill? I said we’ve only been here 10 minutes of our 90 minute limit and we haven't even had any meats. Next we went ip for some rice to have with our meats. This is the only hot item besides the fake mash potatoes they bring to your table. We waited for red meats for a long time. Sausage, chicken and pork came to our table A LOT, but never any meats. The manager noticed we had the green flipper up and asked if we were looking for something specific. I said yeah, red meat. Haven't seen any and we’ve been waiting a long time for it. Final some sirloin and lamb were brought to our table, BUT NEVER AGAIN. We only saw that once. But chicken, pork and sausage made the rounds many times. Our plates were empty as we were letting our food settle, and they cleaned ip our whole table thinking we were done. We had to ask for more sides again. $240wasted

   We love fogo de chao! Its always a date night go to, Yveline and other staff were helpful, and made our Valentine’s day great! We will be back of course!

    Service was severely lacking. Had to ask several times for the meat to be brought over. Not good value at all. Would not return!
