Overall, the food was good. There were many options on the self-serve bar. However, for the price, the customer service was lacking and inattentive from the door to the table. The meat-tenders were great and attentive. We reserved for our 31st anniversary, noted in our reservation, but did not receive a dessert menu or option. - not even a Happy Anniversary. For $200+, it was subpar. Having been to other Brazilian steakhouses, this would not rate on my list as one to return to anytime soon.

Second time. Won’t recommend going for lunch. Got the full rodizio and didn’t get many choices of meat. Not going back for lunch.

Súper rico! Teníamos reserva a las 9.15pm y entramos a esa misma hora, sin esperar. Comida excelente!

No too many options on the salad bar, need to take care the restrooms more often

We went on New Year’s Eve; as expected, it was busy. However, the front hostess desk managed the crowd well, and our service was excellent. The service in the dining room was exceptional, considering how busy it was. Kudos to the front desk team and the dining room staff. I can only imagine how busy the kitchen was, so I can’t forget about those people there, too. Great job.

This was the first time that I had eaten at this location. I was really looking forward to some great food and a great experience; however, both turned out to be average. They sat us in the back corner of a separate room and I think that the people who bring the meat sometimes forgot about this room. They didn't come nearly enough and there were times when we were literally looking around and wondering if they were going to stop by again or not. The food was average and not as good as I remember it being at the locations. We had two servers and they were decent. One of them seemed to really only want to refill our water glasses and let the other one do the rest of the work. She ended up clearing our dishes and taking the dessert order. One of our friends asked for the flaming cheese balls that he had eaten at another location. The server agreed to bring them and then never did. The desserts were overpriced. I was sort of disappointed at this whole experience. I probably wouldn't come back here since I have received better service and better food at other similar restaurants.
