   I actually enjoyed the salad bar more than the meat. Much of the meat was fatty. The tastiest in my opinion was the beef rib and the pork belly. Quite pricey overall. The drinks were reasonably priced. I guess there's a reason it's been over 20 years since I've been to this restaurant chain.

   I keep coming because i once loved it but boy is going downhill. - We went on a Wednesday night, business party of 10. - They were short staffed and kitchen people had to come out and help. - Only 2-3 meat carvers around for a full house meant hardly any meat coming. - The carvers are not trained and give you massive CHUNKS which should not be the way! - Wine ordering was a joke... three bottles ordered and not in stock 2 of them and just one bottle of the third! C'mmon, stock up. - Staff attentive but experience going from bad to worse over the last few months.... - Wine finally arrived 20 minutes into our meal - We asked for lamb chops at t he beginning and they brought "FOUR' for a table of 10 right at the end after 40-50 minutes wait. Summary, gonna think hard whether i go again or not. Sorry Tom

   This location is the BEST in Houston. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean restaurant with Great ambiance!

   The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service was absolutely top-notch — every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our meal memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, and our server Delia took the time to explain the entire dining experience in detail. The food was nothing short of perfection. The gaucho chefs brought around an endless array of perfectly seasoned and tender cuts of meat, each one grilled to perfection. Every bite was bursting with flavor, from the succulent picanha to the melt-in-your-mouth lamb chops. The salad bar was also impressive, offering a wide selection of fresh, high-quality items that complemented the meats beautifully. It's an ideal spot for any occasion, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal. Highly recommended!

   The service was horrible, had to hunt down any server just to get more bread or mashed potatoes. One of the managers seemed to give the table next to us special attention and was there to refill their wine and literally at their service and had to stop him while he was ready to walk past us to get some refills on our lemonade, mashed potatoes and bread. The white rice wasn’t cooked thoroughly, it was too hard and crunchy to feed to my toddler. The Meats were inconsistently seasoned. We waited almost 45 minutes for unseasoned top sirloin that was disgusting. Our main waiter was no where to be found as she was “too busy” attending to her other tables.. we saw her twice throughout dinner- at the beginning of dinner to bring us our drinks and at the end to offer us free desserts due to the lack of service. We were tired of waiting for our desserts that never seemed to come, and after waiting 20 minutes for creme brûlée and an old dry “molten lava cake” that was stale and cold- our waiter appeared out of no where, rudely tossed our “to go” desserts on the table and walked away to her other tables without acknowledging us. It’s been a fail every time we’ve been to this particular restaurant, I keep thinking it’s going to be different the next time I go and end up having the same subpar service and food experience. Such a shame Fogo has declined in their quality- it used to be such a nice experience. We don’t mind paying $70+/ person if the food is going to be great…. But that’s not the case here! Complete waste of $150 for 2 people! Definitely been to better restaurants and will keep dining at those better restaurants instead of trying to make this one happen again. Something needs to change with management, food and service.

   Of the multitude of Fogo de Chao locations I've been to, including the original location in Sao Paulo Brazil, this location (despite being the newest) is clearly still finding it's legs. Of the Houston locations, my favorite remains The Woodlands location...of which I would still recommend.

    The Wagyu & Wine was a bit underwhelming. For only getting 2 slices of Wagyu & 2 slices of the bone in ribeye each was a bit hurtful when they're supposed to be the main entrée. The service was top notch as always, don't get me wrong. But getting more appetizer items than main dishes was not worth it in my book. My wife & I are still going to do the different event, but this one was not out favorite.
