    This was the 3rd time we’ve eaten at the location. The staff gave very good service. The customer rep, Erika Mondragon was very accommodating. Of course, the food’s always good. All in all, always a good experience.

    While the holiday's are over, it seemed like there was a lot of running around and no one was in charge. We had a reservation for 7PM - arrived 5 minutes early, there were tables open and set and yet we were not seated until 7:15. The service was just not what we have had in the past. Will we come back again - not for a while. We were celebrating a birthday and I made sure to include this in my reservation and it was not acknowledged.

    Service was terrible took 20-30 mins just to get meat service. Manager was called over multiple only then did the service improve.

    We called to ask for the $18 Lunch Special The person who I spoke to she told me they still have it and didn't mentioned they will not be provided that during the holidays We made our reservation brought our toddler out for lunch seated then to find out we are paying "Dinner price" during the holidays Very misleading..

    Everything about our experience at Fogo de Chao was excellent. The service was 10 out of 10 and so is the food. We are very happy with our experience, and of course will be back again.

    staff was great and the place looked amazing. when your green card is turned up, the servers come every few seconds with a different type of meat to serve. we were full in about 20 minutes. overall the food was good, though all the pork options were on the dry side. wish the salad bar had more to offer like croutons and cheese rather than just lettuce and dressing. was really excited about the beef rib which they cut right off the bone but was a little under impressed as it was also a little dry and over salted. the pork belly was my favorite.

    From the front desk to the bar to the servers, the staff was exceptional. The offerings were plentiful and delicious! Valet parking was quick and easy. If I have one complaint, it's that they list a chocolate cake dessert, which is actually a solid piece of chocolate mousse no cake. However delicious, it was a bit deceiving.
