   The reservation host, both managers on duty where very accommodating. The served us with a smile. My only complaint would be they did not have enough servers for all the large parties. We waited quite some time for our server to back because she was serving another large party. Smaller parties seem to get better service.

   Very mediocre. Only two cuts of the meat would I say were really good. The rest tough, sometimes overcooked. Service was horrible. Didn’t get sides until the meal was 80% done. Waitress comes by and says “what sides do you want?” Nobody offers clean plates. We were stuck in a dead area with a large foreign party that was done with their meal, very loud, taking flash pictures. A lot of the meat waiters stopped coming to the area because they were done eating but we weren’t. Would have come back this trip one more time had it been good but there are too many other choices. Very disappointing overall.

   The service can improve. For a restaurant like Fogo de Chao, people should be friendlier, warmth and welcoming.

   The choice of foods of foods could have been better. The only thing that was awesome was the drink and the lamb, everything else was a disappointment. Service sucked and I will never go there again. I did go one time before with my daughter, we sat at the bar and that was a nice experience, that’s why I came back, but came back to a not so good experience. 🙁

   Excelente solo que deberían de tener un. Lugar más amplio o poner límite de reservaciones estaba muy lleno y esperé una hora para comer

   I completely understand that it was Valentine’s Day, the busiest day for restaurants out of the year, But the check in process was EXTREMELY Unorganized. Fire exits where blocked, guest was hovering over other guest while they was sitting towards the front because host didn’t have control over the crowd checking in. I spent an hour waiting to be seated, had I have known i had to wait I wouldn’t have made a reservation. Days such as this need to be reservations ONLY. I’ve been to plenty of places on Valentine’s Day and by far this has been my worse experience. I will not recommend.

   This was my third time coming to this location. For a Valentine’s Day date, I was not very pleased with this choice. I had reservations and was about 5 minutes late but we waited about 10-15 minutes for a horrible table right at the entrance and behind the check in station. Every time the door opened, we were hit with a gust of cold air. Because they were overbooked, we literally had people around the table watching us eat. Also, I wanted the single meat choice meal, but was told that it wasn’t available because it was Valentine’s Day. This was not listed on OpenDoor. It was hard to get the attention of the roving meat staff also. About halfway through the meal, I had to speak up and ask to be moved somewhere else. They did move us to a different table (albeit MUCH SMALLER) and the service was better to get offered meats instead of trying to get their attention. For spending $150+ for a meal for 2, I was expecting better.

    We went on Valentine’s Day which was a bad idea. They had added tables in weird spaces and service was slow. It took us 45 minutes to receive the drinks we ordered. When going to the buffet for sides there were long lines at time. We will have to try again on a regular day. It was just too much going on. Food was good.
