   This is the 2nd time at this location and the service was horrible again. I will not be returning for a 3rd time.

   Unfortunately, the meats that were brought out to us were not well cooked either extremely rare or extremely well done. We arrived at 4:30 and found that we probably should’ve waited longer because what we were getting was not good quality beef. The service however, was outstanding, although our many of our waiters were not easy to understand because of their thick accents, but we’re very very pleasant. It looked like the manager. An older gentleman was doing his best to maintain this atmosphere and quickly direct service to handle plates to get fresh plates and things like that so again service was great Beef was not unfortunately I wish it would’ve been a better experience as I’ve eaten at this franchise many times and not at this location, though it’s too bad.

   Incredible!! Wait staff was BEYOND nice!! And the food was just…🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤! My mom and 11 y/o son absolutely loved it too!!! We will be back very soon!!

   Food was ok. Service was lacking. Took time until we were initially greeted by the server. Never saw the server again until the end of the meal. Meat service was very slow and a lot of meats came out cold. Do not plan to go back to this location in Irving.

   We arrived 20 min early for our reservation, but we were seated 35 min after our reservation. The table we were sat at was in the corner with no access for the meat to be served to the person in the corner. When we got sat we waited a while before we decided to go to the salad bar and just start eating because no one showed up to take our drink order. When we did get our drink order taken my cocktail never showed up, so I ordered it again, it finally showed up at the end of the meal when I was about to ask for the check. Then when they gave me the check they had both cocktails I ordered on it but I only received one at the end. Then they brought me a second check for the entire table saying it was my other check. We only had 5 people not 10. They did try to charge me for 10 but I absolutely was checking everything as it was very unorganized. The food was great though I will say very delicious. They definitely need to reorganize the seating so they have full access to all the customers. Maybe go to one of there other locations.

    Food overall was lacking in flavor. Our waiter after the initial visit we only saw at bill time. The gauchos were very attentive and came back with what we asked for. Not impressed with this location.
