   We come to this location very often & depending our time schedule. Service is either a hit or a miss, last night being a Tuesday was a miss. We started with one server, took our drink order and after that nobody came back to check on us. We waited easily 20 mins. for meats to come by, specifically picanha which is the only meat we like. We only got offered top/bottom sirloin, picanha, chicken wrapped with bacon, garlic steak & cheese with honey. We always skip out on lamb chops, NY & filet mignon as they are not to our liking. There was a wedding/private event next door so maybe that’s why we waited longer than usual but it’s fine. By the end of our dinner, we waited once again for someone to bring our tab yet again a different person. I forgot to mention our email promo for the best of brazil from the beginning & they would not honor it. It’s fine, i’ll be back because I genuinely like the meat & cheese bread. But yes service is usually like this.

   The ambience and service were excellent. Very full, lots of noise. The salat buffet was so-so. The quality of meat not so much. Most pieces were quite chewy. The quality of the meat you get is not worth the money you pay. This was my third time in Fogo de Chao Oak Lawn and I do not think I will go again.

   Steak was overcooked on out side. Like my reservation was given to somebody else. Meat was burnt and raw under. Moving to fast. Treated like herd. The meet your looking for hardly finds its way to the table. Over priced for the treatment. You can go to another high end steakhouse pay the same and not be treated like your at a Golden Corral. Was even asked to hurry up my dinner so they can use it for more people. Was only at my table for 45 minutes. I could say more but ill stop… For the amount that you eat its better at a nice order off the menu place.

   Very welcoming experience for my birthday. I had a $25 birthday reward for the full experience. Market table had great choices; presented very nicely (I was there in first half hour they were open so might be timing well) and the carved skewered meats I had was tasty (I try to stay with beef and the ribeye was the most flavorful - it was near my end of meat eating so I had a small piece). Also, make sure you ask for and get the honey and grilled cheese pieces (not a sandwich!)

    Where’s the beef? 🥩 they barely brought over any meat. It was like they wanted us to fill up on salad and did not bring out their best options of beef!
