   Our waitress who initially took our orders was great. Past that it just went downhill. The market table is poorly placed and lacking hardcore. The meat was just okay or not good. I had a hair cooked to my one tiny piece of ribeye they gave me. I never was asked if I wanted a refill and the “team who were around” who could also help us was not there. After I had them take away my plate that had the hair stuck to the ribeye that server who had picana never came back again after the hair incident and our initial waitress was never to be seen again after the very beginning. I had to find a manager to tell about the hair and he brushed over it and was like other than that how was your experience? Uhhhhhhh okay I said because it was just okay. No care otherwise. I will not be back. I wanted to like it. The limonada mocktail drink was good that I was never able to get another of because no severs and our waitress never came back 🤣 but that’s about it and oh the cheese with honey. I felt bad taking my office team there for our Christmas party.

   My wife and I have been looking forward to eating at this restaurant since we saw it was opening in Oklahoma City. We finally got the chance to try it tonight and to say that we are dissatisfied would be an understatement. As soon as we walked in the door, we were immediately underwhelmed. The service from beginning to end was subpar. The market food was extremely picked over, the service was terrible, we didn’t receive refills on our drinks for over 15 minutes, and we didn’t receive the potato side dish until we had already had our food for about 30 minutes.  I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review for a restaurant, but this seriously was such a disappointment and really ruined our date night .

   Great experience. My team and I loved it and our Server Cheyenne and the support team were great.

   Many dishes on the buffet were empty and not reloaded quickly. Meat was okay, but nothing was was fantastic. I would rather spend my dollars elsewhere.

   I know they just opened but the service was awful. We had to ask for drinks multiple times and it felt like we were bothering/annoying our servers when we asked for the side dishes (fried bananas, the bread, etc). Also the side dishes here taste nothing like the other fogo de Chão locations! It’s almost like someone was making dishes that they had never tasted the original ones before making their versions. Our a la carte shrimp cocktail that we ordered at the beginning when we first sat down, didn’t arrive until we were almost finished with the meal. Save your money and go across town to Texas de Brazil instead. If you’re dying to go to a fogo de chao, I recommend you go to one in another city.

   The restaurant was absolutely beautiful and well designed. We had a reservation, but after a 40 minute wait we decided to stay at the bar. By staying at the bar though, you definitely don’t have the servers coming by with the meat as much. You definitely have to wait longer.

   Perhaps was just an off day, and maybe they were understaffed or overbooked, but the service was definitely not what I would expect from them after going multiple times in the past. Hopefully they'll be able to button it up and live up to their reputation.

   The food was over cooked, tasted like propane mixed with salt, the servers could not keep up and essentially we sat and waited forever in between servings. This is our 3 rd time to the location and we will not be returning.
