AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We dined here for NYE and we thought it was going to be as expected, busy and maybe a little behind on service but we were so wrong! Their service and hospitality was beyond what we could imagine. TOP TIER! Definitely the chick fil a of fine dining LOL. Everyone was so quick to ask if we were ok, needed a clean plate, wanted a specific meat to our table, a refill, just everything was so nice and you can tell they all genuinely love their job. This was by far the best fine dining experience we’ve had and we prefer this location over the other one close by. Also, super clean and stunning on the inside! Thanks for making our New Years Eve so special ❤️

The location was great, got very busy later in the evening, but service was still excellent. Our waiter, Junior, was one of the best servers we have ever had- he was extremely attentive, accommodating, and made our birthday celebration one to remember! Excellent service and attention to detail!

Service started out on a negative note, waited 5 min outside for valet, went in to ask if the services were available, they went and got the guy, but the issue wasn’t the valet per say, it was the 3 ladies in the front who waited until after they finished their conversation to then greet me. I stood there for a while before recognition. After she confirmed my reservation, We were seated and enjoyed dinner. The food was excellent and our server even recommended a few cocktails since I was new to the menu. Overall we enjoyed the restaurant, and had a great time celebrating our anniversary, I just wish the first impression with the service was better.

This was the best time we have had at a Fogo de Chao ever! We have been to ones in New York, Las Angeles, Dallas, San Antonio, Atlanta, and also the original location in Orlando. This one has only been open for about 2 weeks. But, the service was impeccable. They were so helpful and friendly. I give them a 100 out of 100!!!!

It didn’t make sense…no refills on anything, never got chicken that we asked for 3 times, never got out plates cleared so completely felt abandoned…it was too good to be true from entering the beautiful restaurant. What a lost opportunity no one knew what they were doing and were all over the place…

My family and I came to celebrate a birthday. There was only 5 of us BTW. Took about 40 minutes to get our drinks. Waitress keep saying they were making it "fresh" and hence was the excuse for the rest of the stuff that came out late. Oh, and forget about getting any refills! Our waitress just took our glass away when it was almost emptied. Thought she was bringing back "fresh" ones, but no. Our sides were served 45 minutes later. It took about 15 minutes for the meat to come around each time. By the time the cut of meat that we were waiting for came out, we were basically over it. Our bill was delivered quickly though! And for what I was served, it wasn't worth it. We pay for service and food, and I felt I didn't get much of that. Side note, there were 2 other waitresses that tried their best to accommodate us seeing our frustration. I understand it's not their fault. And they tried.
